Once they were settled into their room it hit them what exactly had just happened, they just met the king of Misthaven.
"I can't believe we did that, do you think he's going to tell Peter?" Ruby said as she grabbed her suitcase that was brought from the airport, "He didn't seem mad. He kind of seemed entertained to be honest."
Emma lays back on her bed and looks up at the ceiling, "Yeah I'm sure he was super entertained by us sneaking into one of his rooms and then you playing with his sword." She turned her head to face the way that Ruby was.
Ruby didn't reply she just started to unpack and figure out what she was going to wear to dinner. As they were being sent to their rooms Peter called out that they all were invited to dine with the king and queen as well as a few guests that were visiting. It was a little weird to Emma that they decided to have other royals come to dinner the same time they had a bunch of college students visiting but maybe that was just another thing they figured everyone would enjoy. "I'm going to dress up tonight which means you need to as well so that I won't be the only one."
"I'm pretty sure the Queen will be dressed up- she's the queen- and I also heard that there was going to be two princesses here so they'll probably be dressed up too." When ruby glares at her she rolls her eyes and sits up to grab her suitcase, "You're so annoying." Emma starts pulling out all of her clothes and putting them away one by one. "I don't have any elegant dresses Ruby, I'm a foster kid who can barely afford jeans."
Ruby just smiles and walks over to her with a few dresses, "I knew you would use that as an excuse- no matter how true it is- but I bought a few for you when I was shopping for myself." She lays them on the bed:
