The One {Sebaek/Baekhun}

Couple of weeks had passed since that day. Sehun and I have become even more close which is weird I'll admit. The movie is about to be finished. Well at least the scenes are almost filmed, of course they have to edit the scenes and all of that stuff.

Today I wanted to get coffee and meet Chanyeol before I'd go to the set. So I woke up really early and got ready quickly.

I drove to the cafe and parked my car. I locked the doors of my car and walked inside. The bell on the door ringed, informing that someone had stepped in. I made my way to the counter.

While I was waiting for someone to get my order I glanced around the cafe and noticed that only one person was sitting in the corner. I felt bad. The cafe wasn't doing so well.

The only reason I felt bad was because of Chanyeol. I knew that he needed the money to help his family.

My thoughts were interrupted by Chanyeol.

"Oh hi Baekhyun, haven't seen you in a while" he said and smiled warmly. It was true that we haven't seen each other in a week because of my busy schedule.

"Hey. I came to get some coffee" I said and smiled back.

"Okay so one vanilla latte right?" he asked and lifted his eyebrows.

"Actually make that caramel latte"

"That's Sehun's favorite" he said while tapping the order on the machine. He was smiling but his eyes weren't.

"Yeah well I wanted to try something new" I said and shrugged.

"Yeah okay" he said and then started to make my latte. Meanwhile I sat down to the nearest table.

"Here's your latte" Chanyeol said and placed it in front of me. There was whipped cream on top it even though you didn't order it.

"I didn't order whipped cream" accidentally slipped through my mouth.

"Oh sorry, I can make a new on-" Chanyeol took the mug on his hand.

"No no it's fine. Thank you, I love whipped cream" I smiled and grabbed his arm before he could leave.

"Okay then" he said and smiled. He placed the mug in front of me again. He was about to go back but I stopped him.

"Can you keep me company for a while? Like you said we haven't seen each other for a while so we could catch up?" I asked and he looked hesitant. Finally he sat down in front of me.

"Sure why not. It's not like there are any customers" he sighed and said sarcastically.

"Yeah I noticed. Is there something going on?" I asked and took a sip. Chanyeol was quiet for a moment probably deciding whether to tell or not.

Chanyeol sighed again and ran his fingers through his hair and then put his hands on the table.

"Well firstly, some new cafe opened near this one and it's getting a lot of attention. Secondly the stocks collapsed making this cafe's financial status in trouble. And lastly some guy wanted to buy this place since he knew that we are in trouble but my boss denied it. So the guy made up some rumours about this place. Seems that he was someone really influential since people don't come here anymore" Chanyeol explained and I listened.

"That's awful. How could someone do that?" I asked and frowned.

"Yeah my exact words" he said and looked down. I put my hand on his to comfort. He instantly lifted his head up and looked at me.

I could see right through him. I know he acted strong and all but I could see that he was worried and sad.

"Don't worry everything will be fine" I said and smiled gently to him and he smiled warmly back.
