The Indian Institute of technology joint entrance examination is one of the toughest examination that is held across the country every year to give admission to students willing to study in some of the prestigious engineering colleges across the nation. The IIT JEE preparation has already begun. It could well be thought of as a trend now that what candidates do is, find IIT JEE sample papers in the very beginning. This has all become part of a very elaborate plan where candidates need to study in depth, go deeper than ever before, find IITJEE sample papers, practice and complete all those papers, take self-evaluatory weekly tests and go for IITJEE mock tests. Practising close to 70 numerical problems each day sets the standard is very high for a candidate. After this, a candidate would only be required to do so much to crack the examinations. When a candidate is operating at such high levels of mental activity, they also required to provide their brain with proper nutrition and rest. Just because the exam is around the corner does not mean that you stay up till late every night, and force yourself into studying.

The candidate needs to take care of their health as well. Proper rest, healthy diet and proper exercising are necessary for a candidate to keep them fit and fine. What is the point of studying so hard and falling ill at the last moment just because you pushed yourself too hard? All your effort, all your hard work goes into vain, and for what? Candidates need to emphasize the fact that working too hard will not bring any kind of positive results. It would only take a toll on their health, which is not suggested for candidates who are working on IIT JEE preparation for such a long time.

It is advisable for the candidates to make a subject wise study plan which points to words their own strengths and weaknesses. Candidates can Prepare a customised study plan for themselves focusing on their strong points and their weak points. Candidates need to make sure that they build strength in their weaker areas while this trend in their strong areas further. This is one crucial step for any candidate who is willing to get a good rank in IITJEE. Making subject wise study plans actually helps in covering topics quickly as well and finishing chapters easily.

Candidates need to have briefed and crisp notes for reference purposes. Making notes and pointers is of crucial importance. Notes serve as last minute to when you cannot carry anything with yourself for revision. Candidates can you write down their own understanding of the topics that we have studied and can note down pointers to make it easier to understand. Creating notes and writing down important points only makes it easier for the candidates in the latest stages. Candidates should make notes from the very beginning, and they should make sure that they are covering all the topics in their notes. In the last few weeks before the examination, referring to the handmade notes give that extra confidence boost to the candidates and pushes their confidence level higher by a few notches. Hence, candidates are suggested to start making notes from the very beginning. In the end, it only works like a charm.

Don't have an erratic study schedule and don't hamper your productivity by having improper sleeping hours. It is very important for a candidate to get proper rest after long hours of study. A body needs a minimum of seven hours of rest in a day. Don't even think of pulling all-nighters is just because you think you can do it. Has scientifically been proven that the human brain is most in active during 1 AM to 4 AM of the day. So, it is suggested to sleep during those hours and recharge the human batteries, so that you can get prepared for another day of hard work and study. A candidate should always keep these things in mind.
