Today makes a week since K'taya came home, it feels good having her around again.

"Look at you, give me a hug". She reached over to hug me.

K was sitting on the porch reading some book.

"I miss you, why haven't you called". K said.

"I was busy, sorry I wasn't there for you". I kissed her cheek.

"That's okay". She smiled.

"So, you good?"  I push my hands in my pockets.

"Thanks to God I am alive, I still have a lot of questions".

K'taya still have no idea what really happened to her, she's regaining her memory slowly.

"Don't worry everything will fall into place". I assure her.

Sitting down next to her I engaged in a small conversation. Funny how, just when I thought it was time to make her mines Chris decided to attack.

|TONY POV| 

"Guess what?" I asked Tara.

"What?" She look up.

"Nothing". I laughed at how she rolled her eyes.

"You play to much". She continue to do whatever she was doing on her phone.

We were sitting in Starbucks chilling, trying to clear our mind. Things have calm down a little but the road was still hot.

"I need to ask you something". Putting her phone down she look at me.

"Ask".

"Remember when we're by me and you was about to say something but was interpret. What was you gonna say?" She narrowed her eyes at me.

"I don't recall this event". I said laughing.

"Tonyyyy stop playing, seriously". She pout.

"I was trying to tell you that I kind of like you, that's all". I shrugged.

"Ohhhh". She blush.

"So you ain't gonna say it back?" I ask.

"I'm here right?" She stand up. "Let's go".

"Hold up, you just gone give me the cold shoulder"? I ask confuse.

"Let's just go". She started walking.

Getting in the car, I started it up. Looking over at Tara I saw that she was on her phone again.

Pulling off I heading in her house direction.

"So you ain't gone say nothing?" I ask.

"What is there to say?" She mumbled.

"So...you know what? Never mind". Suddenly getting angry I got to her house the fastest way possible.

Pulling up in the front of her house I waited for her to get out.

"Thanks for expressing your feelings but maybe "liking" me isn't enough". As she got out of the car she didn't once look at me.

Not knowing what to say, I kept quite.
