..~May, 1967

"Let's open a restaurant."

"A restaurant? Out of all the options to pick from, you choose a restaurant."

"Not just any restaurant, a kids themed pizzeria. With games, prizes, and we can add that new technology with the moving robot mascots."

"You're a mad man."

"So I've been told.."

"Where would we even get the materials and supplies for that kind of stuff?"

"Look around you Henry, the options are limitless."

Henry glanced around the room. Rolling his eyes in a heated sigh as he adjusted the horn-rimmed glasses on his face.

"All I see is a bunch of books."

"And that is where you're wrong my friend."

William cut his friend a playful smirk and sat up from his chair. Henry watched in confusion as William made his way over to one of the many shelves of books in their university's library.  He skimmed his finger over the spines of each book until he came across the one he was looking for.

Being only 19, and freshly graduated from college, William Afton has the world and all it has to offer, within his grasp. You'd never know it, just from looking at him. He's on the shorter side, slender build, pale skin and eyes of pure silver. Most people just marvel over his British accent. He always dresses formally. Shirt tucked in, and shoes shined. His soft black hair falls just above his eyes, short and a bit wavy, his bangs swept to the side. Voted to be 'most likely to succeed' in his school's yearbook. William is the kind of person you wouldn't want to find yourself on the bad side of.

"Then what are you talking about?"

William made his way back over to the table the two were sharing.

"I'm talking about this."

A rather large book was plopped down onto the table in front of Henry. It's title reading "ROBOTICS".

"Think about it Henry. You're a smart man, and I've seen you make robots before."

"Yeah, simple little robots. Nothing like the ones required for a animatronic themed restaurant."

Henry sighed and flipped open the book before him, adjusting his glasses once more to get a better view of the small words on the page. He squinted, bringing the book closer to him. It's not easy being nearsighted. Although he is the younger one, Henry is much taller than William. Similar in build, same pale skin, but his dark brown hair is much shorter, the bangs gelled up in the front. The glasses on his face are a bit too big, but make his deep blue eyes glimmer anyway. At 18, with a basic degree in technology, Henry is, for the most part, a young genius. Unlike his partner, Henry dresses in more relaxed attire, such as a hoodie and a pair of jeans. He can be a bit of an asshole, but he means well.

"Are you sure about this William?" Henry looked up at him from the paragraph he was reading. Obviously more intrigued in the idea than he was before.

"Why wouldn't I be?" William shrugged his shoulders, taking his seat back across from Henry. "I told you, with your skills and my money, we can do anything."

Henry grumbled under his breath and closed the book with a loud smack. He wasn't all to thrilled about the idea, but he knew William wasn't going to take no for an answer.

"Come on Henry, you've been my dorm mate for the past two years, I know we can accomplish great things."

"What? You want me to take my degree further and advance in robotics now?" He replied with a sarcastic tone.

"That's a splendid idea."

"Wait- Wil, I wasn't being-"

"It's settled then." William clapped his hands together and stood up once more. "We are officially business partners."

William's playful smirk returned to his face as he held out a hand for his new partner.

"I hate you sometimes.." Henry sighed, but took his hand in return, and the two shook on it.

"Splendid." William bent down to pick up his bag from the floor. "Check out that book and meet me back in our room, we have much to talk about."

Henry shook his head in annoyance as he watched his friend walk away. Wondering why he wanted to discuss details in their room, rather than in the library. After a moment of taking in what had just happened, he picked up the book and did as William asked.
