"So, can we talk now?" William smiled as he wrapped his arms around Henry's neck.

William obviously didn't seem to mind having his roommate so close, but Henry on the other hand...

"G-Get the hell off me..!" Henry squirmed, attempting to break William's grip.

"Oh, I'm sorry, aren't you the one on top of me." He smirked in reply.

"Wai-...shit.." Henry quickly sat up, breaking his friend's grip from around his neck, as he angrily sighed and pulled away.

"So, now can we talk?" William groaned, laying out on his partner's bed, his arms stretched out over his head.

"Ugh...fine.." He responded with a growl, his cheeks still slightly pink.

Henry moved to the end of his bed, sitting cross legged, resting his back up against the wall. William's legs lay in front of him, his feet barely hitting the edge.

"Finally." William sat up on his elbows, tossing his head to the side slightly to move the hair out of his face. He smiled softly, resting his eyes on Henry.

Henry didn't notice at first, keeping his gaze down, playing with the hem of his jeans. He was waiting for William to say something, but the two sat in silence for a moment, William's eyes locked on his roommate.

After not hearing anything, Henry finally looked up, his eyes locking with William's.

"W-What? Why are you staring at me like that?" Henry's blush becoming more intense.

"Why are you blushing?"

"I'm not blushing!"

"Saying that only makes it worse..~"

"N-No it doesn't!"

"Then why are your cheeks bright red?"

"Because you're h-..I mean, it's hot in he-, because I have a fever!"

"Oh?" William sat up and crawled toward his friend, reaching out his hand and placing it on Henry's forehead. "Do I need to get you anything?"

"NO!" Henry swatted his hand away. "I mean...I'm fine, I just need some rest."

William furrowed his eyebrows and backed away, sliding off his friend's bed.

"Fine, fine...I can tell when a man is frustrated." He stood up and started heading towards his own bed, trailing his fingers up his shirt, beginning to undo the buttons.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Henry asked, his eyes glued to William's back as his shirt slowly fell from his shoulders.

"Nothing Henry, nothing at all." A soft chuckle escaped William's lips, amused at Henry's naive question.

"I'm pretty sure you're lying." Henry pressed, wanting to know exactly what William was implying.

"Are you calling me a liar?" William turned toward his partner, exposing his bare, toned chest to Henry, who has obviously never seen him shirtless before.

"U-Uhh..y-you know what, never-mind!" Henry quickly pulled the covers over his head and turned to face the wall. "Goodnight!"

William shook his head, smiling to himself.

"You're a strange man Mr. White.." He paused, climbing into his bed and getting comfortable. "And I like that about you..goodnight."

It's not normal.

Unacceptable.

A sin.

It's wrong for men to feel this way.

And yet, his heart is gushing with emotion.

The end of his pencil has already been chewed down to a nub. The ball of his foot tapping impatiently on the floor. He can't get that image out of his head. He can't stop thinking about it, he can't stop thinking about him.

He can't stop thinking about William.

Henry was paying no attention to the lecture his professor was giving. He was usually very engaged, taking notes and asking questions, but  today he couldn't concentrate on anything else. And it was driving him crazy. Why is he attracted to another man? And William of all people! Doesn't he know what happens to gay people now a days? No one could  EVER know, especially William.

He'd have to get rid of these feelings some how...

He'd have to have a cover, and get William off his back. He couldn't risk loosing everything just because he secretly likes the image of shirtless William.

"Mr. White!"

Perfect plan, he'll just have to find some girl willing to go out with him.

Oh God...this is going to be harder than he thought...

"Mr. White!"

"Huh?!" Henry jolted from his thoughts, not realizing that his professor had been calling his name.

"Is there something more important you'd like to share with us Mr. White?"

"U-Uhh..n-no.." Henry shook his head, attempting to gather himself. "Sorry, I got distracted."

"Well pay attention! This will be on the exam!"

"R-Right..."

"Alright...entry one, I guess."

William pressed the record button on the small tape-recorder on his desk.

"Uhm, entry one, May 20th, 1967."

William sat back in his chair, closing his eyes. He brought his hands up, setting his elbows on the arm rests. He clasped his fingers together, and rested them in front of his mouth.

"I'm starting this..journal I guess you can call it, to summarize my thoughts and feelings in the process of the beginning." He started, continuing on, like he was giving a formal speech to a crowd, but the only person who showed up, was his tape-recorder.

"Henry has agreed to become my partner. Business partner that is." William cleared his throat and kicked his feet up on the desk.

"Plans to move forward shall continue, if only I could stop getting side tracked. He obviously can't help that he's absolutely adorable." William paused for a moment.

"I seem to have developed more than just a business relationship with him, but to be quite honest I want to be more than just a business relationship....but he runs from me like I'm his worst enemy."

William opened his eyes and sighed.

"I'll have to find out why that is...but, I guess that's all I have to say for now."

He leaned forward and pressed 'stop'.

"That's another thing I need to talk to Henry about."

William glanced up at the clock on the wall.

"He should be out of class any minute." He quickly stood up and headed for the door.

"He can't avoid me this time."
