Hey guys! Before you read this chapter, please take a moment to read this quickly! > <

I just wanted to let you guys know that I've written a new original story, called "To A Certain Hazel-Eyed Boy." If you guys could be so kind as to read it.. It's practically the same story as the one I have written before, but I wanted to rewrite it to make it better, so yeah! I hope you guys would like that story as much as you love this fan fic here! I'd really appreciate with all my heart.

Anyways, enough self-promoting (?) let;s get on with the storyyyy~

--------------------------------

It was nearly 1 .pm. Io laid straight on his bed, his eyes looking up at the bland ceiling above him. He couldn't sleep a wink. He didn't feel tired at all, no matter what methods he tried. Ever since the small... 'moment' he and Tsumiki shared while walking home, he couldn't stop thinking about it. The same moment, over and over, was replaying his head as if it were on some sort of loop. It was driving him crazy...yet in a sort of good way, however. After it happened, he remembered how as the two continued walking home, the small shy glances they stole from each other as they continued to walk side-by-side. The thought of it already made his cheeks go warm, and his heart go just that little bit faster.

He let out a slightly frustrated sigh. It was so difficult not to think of Tsumiki. It was something that he had been struggling with over the past month if he was honest. Why was he acting like this? he wondered to himself. Up until now, he saw her as a good friend, someone who he could trust and play around with, like good friends do with each other. But right now, he felt quite unsure, as if he were standing on a blurry line of some sort.

Over time, gradually, Io started to see Tsumiki...differently. Not just as a friend, but as a girl. A lady. Shy, gentle, a bit feisty, but most of all, just plain flat-out adorable. Io couldn't deny the fact that she was, even when they had first met. He couldn't help wanting to run up to her and scoop her up in his arms, not letting go...but that was indecent of him to think about. That hug was already too much for her. A full embrace would surely make Tsumiki uncomfortable, he thought. He felt mad at himself for thinking about it in the first place.

Pushing thoughts away, his eyes then landed on the scarf that Tsumiki had returned that afternoon which was laid out on his bed side table. She had been so kind to take care of something he didn't really notice, that he felt that he had to do something just as, if not more, kind in return. A gift perhaps...? Yes. That was a perfect idea. But what would he give her? He sat up to collect his thoughts, pondering for a moment. He recalled a memory where he and his friends, including Tsumiki went to the arcade, and they played games..and the time Io had won her that stuffed bunny... That's it! Tsumiki surely did love stuffed animals. He could remember the happiness and contentment in her face when he had given her that plush. He honestly wanted to see such a reaction from her again, him being the reason why she did so. He felt heat rise to his cheeks again.

The next morning, which was a Saturday, Io had his mind set on going to the store to find a suitable stuffed animal to give as a gift to Tsumiki. Checking out every toy store and arcade that he could, he searched tirelessly. But Io felt unsatisfied. The plushies they had to offer weren't very...appealing to say the least. All the cute looking ones were sold out. HE shuddered at the thought of the Tanuki plush...would it even be considered a plush, it looked terrifying realistic.

He let out a small sigh, letting thoughts run through his mind as he contemplated on a bench, eyes closed. What would he do now? Well if he couldn't find a stuffed animal...why couldn't he make one? That settled it then. Getting up from the bench, Io had his mind set. He would make Tsumiki a stuffed animal. Even though he had no experience in sewing or crafting, how hard could it be? Cooking was probably more difficult than a few bits of thread, beads and fabric. Io decided that he would ask Hime for help, she definitely would know a thing or two about sewing.
