Chapter 6

JIMINS POV

Sitting in the same coffee shop, that i saw her in almost a week ago. I glanced at the clock on the wall.

3.50 pm

The sound of a bell ring indicating someone entered the cafe, i looked behind me and saw Dahyun walking in, she looked around and smiled when she saw me, i carved a smile on my face and she rushed towards the table i was at.

DAHYUNS POV

I sat down on the seat across Jimin, i could tell he was still depressed, his eyes tell me everything, though he still managed to plaster that smile on his face.

I settled my things and tried to compose myself. Though my heart wouldn't cope, nervousness overwhelmed me, i looked at Jimin who was waiting patiently for what i had to say.
I finally settled down and looked at Jimin, our eyes met.

"What is it you wanted to tell me? " he said inquisitively.

I didn't get to prepare what I wanted to say yet, my tongue was in ties.

" I just wanted to tell you.... I wanted to tell you that... "

I couldn't do it.

JIMINS POV

I feel nervous waiting for what she had to say, my mind overflows with negative thoughts,

does she hate me? did i do something wrong to her? what is she going to say?

" I wanted to tell you that... "

"Maybe we could do this later" I interrupted her.
She seemed relieved yet her face still portrayed abit of guilt.

"Do you maybe wanna, re-do that little date we had the other day? "

" You mean the one where we got ice cream? "

" Yeah that one" I said smiling.

"Oh so that was a date?? " she teased.

" Of course it was " we both laughed abit.

I stood up and stretched out my hand to her, she took it and we both went to the ice cream parlor nearby.

" I think i wanna try chocolate this time" She said with glee.

I just smiled and held her hand tightly.

I'm not gonna let you go

We got our ice creams and sat on the same bench we sat on the last time we were here.

We sat quietly, enjoying the atmosphere and the delicious soft serves in our hands.

"Funny how the last time we did this it was your birthday" I broke the silence.

"Yeah, time really flies" she said focusing on her ice cream.

DAHYUNS POV

This ice cream really helps take the tension of my mind, i feel relaxed, the atmosphere was nice, Jimim was holding my hand, I couldn't ask for anything more.

"What did you wish for anyway?" he asked, eyebrows raised.

"I can't really remember it, but it was probably something really special" i said.

"I never got you a present though"

"That's okay Jimin you being there was enough actually"

"That's not enough" he pouted facing me.

"Well then what do you want to give me? " i teased him

"Let me see..."  he said looking at me.

His eyes moved from my eyes to my lips, i felt a sudden burning under my skin.
My heart was beating faster than usual, he stared at my lips with a twinkle in his eyes, like he wanted them so badly.
The butterflies in my stomach were outraged. His face moved closer to mine.

I suddenly remembered my wish, i wished that i could finally be happy with someone,
someone who can take all the sadness and pain away and replace it with joy.

Maybe the person right in front of me, this charming man, is that someone

Without my acknowledgement, my eyes closed slowly.

JIMINS POV

I don't know what I'm doing, I cant help it, my heart took control of me.

She closed her eyes, now i know i shouldn't stop, i could feel her breath on my face now.

Our lips finally touched, my mind was drugged with an ecstatic feeling.

Her lips were ever so soft, smoothly bumping into mine, she widened the gap between her two lips allowing entrance for me, I caressed her face, and held the back of her neck tightly, this feeling, i can't explain.

So, perfect.

Our kiss broke, we looked at each other in awe and shock.

Her expression changed.
She uttered the words,

"I'm married"
