Cassidy looked out across the Hogwarts grounds from the Slytherin Common Room. It was Christmas, and all of the Slytherins had left for home. She was sitting next to her cousin Albus, who was finishing off a box of chocolates he and Cassidy had eaten during the day. Scorpius had gone home- since his mothers death Scorpius had tried to spend more time with his dad.
Albus turned to Cassidy.
"I know about you and Scorpius,"
Cassidy frowned, "And?"
"I'm fine with it. You don't have to hide it anymore. Though, I admit, the fact that you are with my best friend is a bit weird, but I'll put up with it," he grinned.
"Thanks Al,"
"Hey, that's what I'm there for,"
The two cousin watched the sun set together.
