Plot
A romance takes place between Kang Chul (Lee Jong-Suk), who is super rich and exist in the webtoon "W," and Oh Yeon-Joo (Han Hyo-Joo) who is a surgeon in the real world.

Kang Chul, The Webtoon Character who exist only in the webtoon "W", an aspiring Olympian who was accused for murdering his entire family. He was imprisoned but never found guilty so they release him. The truth is he was frame up by the real murderer. On the other hand, Yeon Joo, a dedicated surgeon, is the daughter of the creator of "W". The story began when Yeon Joo entered unexpectedly the world of webtoon where she meet the famous fictional character of Kang Chul.
In order for Yeon Joo to return in her own world, she must help Kang Chul to reveal the truth behind the death of his family and to search for the real murderer to clear his name and to obtain justice.
