Let me Just start off by saying that, we are like normal siblings. We fight, all the time, but we love each other, when necessary. We fought as kids:

Flashback

"Ashton! Give me back baby Lily!" I screamed, tears running down my six year old cheeks. I chased him down the hall of our small apartment.

End of flashback.

We fight as teens:

Flashback

*Phone rings*

"Hello?" Ashton says as he answers the phone. "Oh hi Johnny Nettles." he says, smirking at me. My eyes light up, wide as I jump towards Ashton.

"Oh, you want to talk Simon?" He asks, standing up straight, sticking his butt out so that I can't get to him. "I'm sorry, she isn't available. Yeah, she's stinking up the bathroom right now. Yeah, I'm sorry."

"Ashton!" I yell. "Give me the phone!"

He smiles and hands me the phone. "Hello?" I say into the speaker. Silence.

End of flashback.

But we love each other non the less. Sometimes.

Present time.

I go into my room after the longest day of school plus an hour of detention. Okay so I get detention because I was like 3 minutes late for class, but when those popular kids are like 15 minutes late for class, they just get a warning. Like what the hell?!

I'm sat in my lime green beanbag chair, reading The Outsiders. I'm at the part where two - bit brakes the bottle And hands it to Pony Boy. Best book ever.

And then they come.

"Mum! " Ashton shouts.

So before anYone gets confused, Ashton is my half brother. His mum died giving birth. Well my dad was so sad about, I mean, how wouldn't be? His wife died!

so anyway, my parents meet at one of those, I can't deal with the loss of a person groups. My mum was there because her best friend committed suicide.

No, they didn't fall in love at those meetings.

They reunited about a year later. My mum was waiting tables at this little coffee house. No, it's not like in those fairy tales where she spills something on him, or falls, or anything. Actually he spilled coffee on the floor. An excuse to talk to her. He said he liked her eyes.

After 6 months of dating, they had a little wedding. She adopted Ashton. I was an accident. The only reason they got married so quickly, was because she was pregnant. Yes, I am in the wedding photos.

Puns!

My grandfather, my mothers father, is from India, her mom, his wife, was American. That makes my mum half Indian. My dad is American, makes me 1/4 indian.

My brother and his stupid friends, Mike, Calum, and Luke, are in this stupid band called 5 seconds of summer. Stupid.

Okay, I admit, they are good, but they are all asses. Well to me anyways.

That's what happened a to sisters of cool guys, their friends are mean.

And yes, I admit, they are attractive too, except Ashton, he's my brother.

"MUM!" Ashton shouts louder. I slam my book down, and stomp downstairs to see the four butt faces.

"Mum isn't here you idiot!" Sometimes when I'm annoyed or pissed off, I have an Indian accent. This is one of those times.

"Oooh! Simons going all Indian on you!" Luke says as he snakes his arm around my waist, and kisses my temple.

Did I mention Luke and I had a thing?

Oops.

"Can you two get a room?" Mike sneers. He doesn't like mine and Luke's relationship. I don't really know why.

Probably because Luke has been with other girls, and Mike says that I'm too good for him, Luke says the same thing.

"Actually I would rather them be together in front of us, so we know that they aren't doing anything, you know." Ashton says.

I couldn't help laugh, but neither could Luke or Calum.

"Well, I'm leaving." I say, and grab my bag.

"Where are you going?" Ashton asks.

"Mike and I are going to the shopping centr." I says, Mike right behind me.

"Um, I thought, you know, we could hang out." Ashton says, giving Mike the puppy dog face.

"Nice try Ashton." Mike laughs.

So this is what happens with the Irwins.
