Jane's POV

I wake with a start to see Henry lying next to me.

"Henry, wake up. The truck stopped" I say and the door opens to reveal the people we encountered earlier.

"Where are you taking us!?" Henry yelled at the man who's taking him by the arm.

"It's not your concern, young man." The man replied.

The two women took both of my arms and dragged me into a building.

"What is this place?" I asked them. Something's really not right.

"Oh, be quiet." The woman with British accent said as we walked downstairs and towards a metal door.

"I'll get it." The other woman said and placed her thumb on the scanner.

The door opened and I have to admit, the place was quite amazing. A kitchen, living room and dining, all open space and a wall of windows where you can see the waves of the sea.

A desk chair spun around, revealing an older man with shaggy dark hair, loose around his shoulders. He had a hawkish appearance and he leaned on a cane as he watched us approaching. "Fox. I thought you and Outlaw are just going to get medicines and supplies."

"Yes but turns out these two rascals need to learn their lesson." she replied, pushing me and Henry to the floor.

"Kidnapping? Really?" a blond-haired man stepped into the room.

"What do you think, Manager?" The woman with British accent sarcastically replied while she ties up Henry and I.

"And what are you going to do with us?" I growled at them.

"We're going to offer you two a deal." a blond-haired woman approached us.

"What deal?" Henry asked.

"Instead of asking for your parents' help, why don't you work for us..." she paused. "Jane and Henry?" My eyes widened when she stated our names. "Looks like the Delacroix siblings are not as exclusive as they thought," she sighed.

"Our parents will get you all!" I shouted as I shot a glare at them.

"IF they know where to find you." She smirked. How I wish I could strangle her.

My thoughts were interrupted when Outlaw grabbed me and Henry and dragged us to a small room, removing the tie as well on our wrists.

"I hope you'll think about the deal carefully. It's for everyone's sake." He said as he shuts the door and locking us up.

"Damn it!" I said as I sat down at the bed.

"Maybe we should listen to him." Henry suggested. "It's for everyone's sake after all."

"Yeah right." I said as I rolled my eyes.

"Look. If we work for them, we might offer them a deal as well. We work for them and they can leave mom and dad alone." Henry explained.

"And what makes you think they will consider our deal?" I asked, raising my eyebrow.

"They need something from us. I can sense it," he paused. "And if they need something from us, we would be able to know what it is and why, if we work with them."

"Alright, genius. I get it. You don't need to further explain that."

Considering Henry's idea would be good but we're putting our lives at stake. If we don't agree with the deal, they might run after our parents and I don't want that to happen.
