I Nodded And Looked At Carter He Was Focused On Lisa. "What Happens If The Parent Wants The Child Back?" Carter Asked.

"Well Depending On The Case If The Parent Is Proving To The Judge That Their Getting Their Life Together They Would Be Allowed To Take The Child From You"

I Looked At Carter And He Looked At Me "That's Why I Always Ask Are You Ready To Really Take On This Task?" Said Lisa.

I Let Out A Sigh "I Am" I Said.

"Can We Talk About It And Call You?" Carter Asked.

"Of Course" She Smiled Getting Up From The Couch "Can I Take Another Cookie?" Lisa Asked.

I Giggled "Of Course, They're For You"

"Oooo In That Case" She Said Grabbing A Few More. Blue And I Decided To Make Cookies For Her Last Night.

"Thank You" She Smiled Heading For The Door. I Followed Behind Her "No, Thank You" I Said Closing The Door.

"We Can't Do This Bey" Carter Said Rubbing His Head.

"Because Once Blue Gets Comfortable Having A Little Sister Or Brother Then What?"

"We Warn Her Carter, She's Old Enough To Understand That" I Said.

"She's Still A Child, She Will Feel Sad, Upset, Angry-"

"Carter, At The End Of The Day We Are Taking In A Child That Needs A Home, Love And Care...I Never Ask You For Anything...Until Now" I Said Feeling The Lump In My Throat Beginning To Form.

"Bab-" There Was A Knock At The Door Cutting Carter Off. I Opened The Door To See My Mother And Blue Hugging My Legs.

"Daddy!" Blue Said Running Into His Arms.

"Hey Mama" I Smiled Embracing Her Into A Hug. "Hey Baby, How'd The Meeting Go?" She Asked Releasing From My Embrace.

"I'll Talk To You About It Later" I Whispered. I Turned To Blue "Did You Have Fun With Grandma?"

"Yes!" Blue Said Raising Her Hands, One Was With A Red Blow Pop. The Other One Empty.

I Giggled "Glad You Had Fun Baby"

Carter Put Her On His Shoulders "Hey, Carter. How Are You?" My Mother Asked.

"Good And You?" He Asked Barely Looking In Her Eyes.

"Thank You For Taking Her" I Said Turning To My Mother While Blue And Carter Conversed Walking To The Living Room Area.
