"Can We Go Back Home Today?" Blue Asked While She Colored In The Coloring Book. I Looked Up From My Phone, She Was Annoying Me With That But Then Again I Know She Missed Her Daddy And Was Confused As To Why Spending The Weekend At Grandmas House Turned Into A Whole Week.
"I Know You Miss Daddy" I Said Sitting Indian Style On The Couch.
"I Do...Why Haven't We Been Home?" She Asked Softly.
"Grandma Missed Having Us Around...We'll Go Back Home Tonight Okay?" I Said.
"Yessss" Blue Cheesed.
I Smiled Weakly As My Mother Entered The House, I Turned To See Her With Publix Bags In Her Hands. I Got Up Helping Her Into The Kitchen.
"Hi Grandma!" Blue Said.
"Hey Blue Blue" My Mama Said.
"Thank You Baby" She Said As We Placed The Bags On The Kitchen Table.

"You Know I Love Having Y'all Around But...When Y'all Planning On Leaving?" She Asked As She Begin Putting Away The Groceries.

It Was Probably His 100th Time Calling. I Grabbed The Phone Going Into My Childhood Room Closing The Door Behind Me.
