Chapter 3 the French love
"Quiero que mi hija para estar seguro de que todo lo que importa ( I want my daughter to be safe that is all care about)", he said kissing Alice, his wife.
"I know how you feel, but our daughter is nineteen and she will call us every day. I trust Sophia."
"Sé hunny pero ¿qué pasaría si se toman son niña y Renee?(I know hunny, but what would happen if they take are little girl and Renee? )",dad questioned, thinking of the thought of his little girl gone.
"Don't think about that, that would never happen to Sophie or Renee, think positive thoughts instead of negative thoughts. I wouldn't ever think about that.", Alice said with tears in her eyes.
"I'm sorry Alice, but Sophia's not going to be in the Americas, she's going to be in France and I can't just drive there to get my daughter."
Lo sé, pero sólo la confianza son la hija, si ella no quiere quedarse allí ella puede volver a casa.(I know, but just trust in our daughter, if she doesn't want to stay there she can go home).
"Ok , ok Alice you win, I won't think of anything like that. I'm going to start thinking positive not negative. I want my daughter to be happy and her best friend Renee."
"I'm going to get dinner ready. You can talk to Sophia or go do what you always do." Alice said, walking to the kitchen.
"Sophia, can you come downstairs ", dad said, sitting on the couch.
"Vale, papá me voy (ok dad I'm coming)", Sophia said, as she was running down the stairs, she tripped and fell.
"Mi hija torpes" (my clumsy daughter) he said laughing.
"Oh que sepa cómo dar la bienvenida a su hija (oh you know how to welcome your daughter)",Sophia said getting up off the floor.
"Sophia I was just joking but I want to talk to you about you going to France."
"What do you want to talk about France? Dad, I promise to call you. ",Sophia said, looking at her dad
"I want you to do that but please don't get in any trouble, and if you want to come home, you can. I want you and Renee to be safe. I don't want anyone taking my little girl and her best friend."
"I promise to not get in trouble in France and I packed my bag and called Renee and told her everything. I'm going to miss you dad and mom, I've never been away from this house but now I am. I love you dad. ,"Sophia said with tears rolling down her cheek.
"Voy a extrañar demasiado Sofía y yo te amo, es mejor enviar fotos". (I'm going to miss you too, Sophia and I love you. You better send pictures)
" Dad I told I will and I really need to get some sleep. Renee and I need to be out the house at 6:30. Te amo papa (see you in the morning)". Sophia said going up stairs.
" My sweet heart is growing up"
