This is the last chapter, I repeat this is the last chapter. I said this in the last chapter but this won't be a book with a sad ending, I promise you that THIS HAS A HAPPY ENDING!!! Also, I understand this book isn't the best but a year after my books are completed I go and do an edit of them.

"Do you think he'll ever come back?" Ginny asked Draco as she sat down with them in the great hall, after six months of Harry being gone the two of them started a friendship, sure it was love hate, sure they only got along 50% of the time but it was a start that's for sure. Ginny worried about Harry every single day whilst Draco still worried he was numb from heartbreak.
"Unless he dies then yeah" He chuckled but Ginny knew he wasn't certain either, although they hated each other a lot still they were both there for each other when they were sad and admittedly that meant ginny saw him crying over Harry a couple too many times.
"Don't say that! What if he's actually dead" Ginny grumbled looking down at her chicken, after the thought of her ex husband being a corpse she suddenly didn't have much of an appetite.
"I know he's not dead, he's harry Potter for Merlin's sake, he's defeated voldemort, been through more trauma then all of us combined and he's got his wand, he'll be fine" Draco comforted her.
"That's true, I just worry that he'll do something stupid, accidentally wind up in azkaban or end up being eaten by a crocodile" Ginny snorted.
"A few years ago I would've loved to see that but I'm unfortunately in love with this man so I sure hope that doesn't happen" they laughed, when they got along it was good, it was healthy, "How's raising Albus going?"
"Easier than I thought, although if harry is gone for much longer he'll grow up without a father and that's what he needs right now" she told him.
"He's got me! His kinda uncle" Draco laughed and she nodded.
"But he knows who harry is and he knows something is wrong" she muttered.
"What kind of freaking baby do you have?? He's one and a half years old?" Draco asked looking at her confused.
"A magical one" She giggled.
"for Merlin's sake, we have to go to class now, I'll talk to you later?" Draco whined as they both walked off to their classes to teach.

"Hey albus" Draco grinned as he walked into the potters house to find ginny, although harry hadn't come home yet the two of them had become best friends and would spend almost everyday together. Albus was playing on the floor and looked pretty happy with himself.
"Hey Dwaco" Albus waved and Draco waved back, even though he couldn't say his r's yet properly Draco was pretty proud that he taught him his name. He walked into the living room to see Ginny sitting on the couch looking down at photographs of her and harry.
"He'll come back Gin, he will" He reassured.
"Will he?? It's been a year and a half and he's still not back and there's no sign he ever will be!!" She yelled and sat down on the couch crying again, Draco sat down and pat her on the back awkwardly. Although he had gotten better he was still not the best at comforting.
"HARRY POTTER!!!!" A bunch of people screamed from outside, the two of them looked up with hope, ginny grabbed albus hand and they all ran outside following the massive crowd, after pushing through almost everybody Draco found himself loosing the others, but he didn't care at that given moment, he'll care later.
Then he saw him, he looked the same, maybe a little taller, maybe a little bit happier, Draco knew harry couldn't see him though, he was hidden in the crowd. Harry was looking around frantically for either Draco or his family, everybody was calling Harry's name.
"EVERYBODY SHUT UP" Harry screamed and the crowd went silent, "Could everybody but draco, ginny and albus leave?"
As the crowd slowly turned around groaning draco could feel his heart beating faster and faster, it has been a year and a half, what if he doesn't have feelings for him anymore? What if he chooses to fall back in love with Ginny, what if he's planning on leaving forever and he's coming to tell the others to not get their hopes up as he's never coming back?
"Draco?" Harry said and he snapped out of his thoughts to see the crowd was gone and it was just the four of them. Harry pulled draco into a tight hug and for the first time in a year Draco cried, he held onto his boyfriend tighter then he had ever held him before and he wasn't planning on letting go anytime soon.
"For Merlin's sake Potter. You scared me, you scared all of us, you're an ass! A freaking git and I should hate you for this" Draco rambled but harry connected their lips before he could say anything else. Then they heard ginny cough behind them.
"Hello ginny, hello albus" Harry smiled before hugging ginny then leaning down to albus, "Hello buddy, I'm your daddy"
"Hello Daddy" Albus giggled, then ginny slapped harry, hard.
"You cheating, lying, inconsiderate asshole" she yelled and harry looked down at the floor in shame.
"I know, I'm sorry" he mumbled and ginny pulled him into another hug. Draco stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do, his heart was still pounding from all the excitement and frustration pumping through his veins, "I know what to do now. Ginny I'm sorry but I'm in love with draco, we can have half custody with albus... If you even have custody here and we can visit, as friends"
"I can't argue you with that. You deserve Draco, he's a nice guy unlike you" she huffed and harry turned around to face draco with a confused look on his face.
"Nice guy? But-" Harry started.
"We're friends now" Draco informed him and he nodded slowly, harry looked at him for a little while before walking over and hugging him once again.
"I really did miss you Draco, I love you"
"I love you too"

Ta daaa, took me a little while to finish but I did it! Post war is complete! I'm not sure if I'll do an epilogue, I'll still mark this book as finished but I'll add an epilogue if I want to :) thank you all for the support and the ALMOST 1K VIEWS. I love y'all xx
