💀Chapter Two💀

Chapter Two:  Curse My Cravings!

Gordan's POV (Get excited😂 because this whole story is suppose to be from Laura's POV but I decided to do this for the first and last time so enjoy it)

"Laura!!!" I yelled as I tried to clear away the smoke to find Laura

I stumbled through the house until I found her. She was past out on the floor, I fell down to my knee and I put my hand on her heart and she wasn't breathing so I had no choice but to give Laura CPR. I squeezed her nose and I put my mouth on hers and started breathing. Once it wasn't working I picked up Laura like a baby and carried her outside and laid her on the ground and gave her CPR again to see if that time it would work and it did. I took my mouth off hers and she started coughing

"Oh thank God you're okay" I said as we hugged each other

"Yeah you too" Laura said making me smile

The sound of a fire truck made as let go of each other breaking the hug and we got up off the ground and just stared at the fire trucks as they stopped in front of Laura's house

"You called the fire department?" Laura asked

Before I could say anything a brown women with curly black hair dressed in a blue shirt and black pants came up to us

"I did" The brown lady said as she stood next to us

"You called the fire department Mrs.Wattman?" Laura asked

"Yeah I smelled smoke and then I noticed that it was your house so I called" Mrs.Wattman stated. "And how your boyfriend carried you out and gave you CPR was really sweet Laura"

"Oh no.... me and him are just friend" Laura corrected

As we were still standing outside the firefighters ran inside of Laura's house with a hose making me feel bad because if I didn't disturb her none of this would of happened

"Hey since it's like really hot out here you wanna go chill inside of my truck?" I suggested

Laura nodded her head and we walked to my truck and got inside. As we was inside an awkward silence went around the truck, I looked at Laura and noticed that a tear was running down her red face

"Hey you alright Laura?" I asked

"How the hell am I suppose to explain this too my parents Gordan? Moved in a few months ago and killed the house. It haven't even been a year" Laura cried

"Laura it's gonna be okay we are gonna find a solution to this" I said trying to calm Laura down

"Whatever happens my parents can't find out about this" Laura spoke

"I have a idea" I stated. "You can stay in my house until your house is back together again"

"I can stay in your house?" Laura asked as she wiped away her tears

"Yeah sure I wouldn't mind" I said as I turned on the AC

"Oh thank you Gordan" Laura said as she hugged me from the passenger side of the truck

"Yeah no problem but I'm gonna have to warn you about something" I stated guilty smiling

"About what?" Laura asked

"Next month on the 15th my Mom, Dad and little sister Mavis are coming here to LA to celebrate Assumption of Mary, also known as Assumption Day. It's basically feast day of the Virgin Mother Mary" I stated

"Oh" Laura whispered as she sighed

"And they don't speak good English because they speak Spanish" I stated

"What that means you are Spanish?" Laura asked in amazement

"Yeah English is my second language while Spanish is my first" I said

"Was you born in Spain?" Laura asked

"Yeah I moved to America at six years old and was forced to learn English to do good in school" I said

"Do your parent's and your little sister still live in Spain?" Laura asked

"No when I was six we moved to Ohio" I said

"Wow I don't know Spanish at all, can you tell me a sentence in Spanish?"

"Me gusta tu Laura" I pronounced

"Um what do that mean?" Laura asked

"It's mean um...."

I can't tell her that I said I like her! We just met like an hour ago plus I just made her start a fire in her house! Um make up something, make up something Gordan I thought

"It means I'm hungry Laura" I lied making myself uneasy of the fact that I lied right to the face of the person I have a tiny crush on

"Wait actully?" Laura asked making me laugh

"No" I said while laughing

Some minutes past and I could tell we were both craving a nap. Laura had her head laid down against the window while trying not to fall asleep as I did the same

"Hey Laura you sleepy?" I whispered

"Yeah why you ask?" Laura said as she turned to face me

"I was asking so I could turn the car light off and put on some nice quiet tunes if you wanted me to" I whispered

"That would be great" Laura said as she smiled as I turned the light off and put on some nice music and we fell asleep in the matter of seconds
