Yes hello its me the year is ending in like 2 weeks which is crazy and I was talking to my sister about the events that had happened this year, so I thought I would share them here with the people reading it.
So first of all, my first relationship lmao. I had my first kiss with him, I learned what to do (for lack of a better word) in a relationship, and i learned about trust. This all also lead to my first breakup. And surprisingly, I was okay after it, which is good.
I learned how to be strong alone. I have enough friends to count on just my two hands, which again is fine. I learned what was good for me in order to be truly happy.
I learned that I loVE GIRLS TBH AND BOYS TBH AND THAT LIKING BOTH IS FINE EVEN IF MY PARENTS DONT NECESSARILY BELIEVE ME.
I learned to fucking love myself because hating yourself is terrible and you only have so long to live so why waste it not embracing who you are, you know?
I learned more politically (and I plan to more as trump is still in office and I have government next semester sO) and I shall still resist with my people.
I learned to fight for myself.
I learned to be confident in myself.
I learned that boys ain't shit and I don't need one to be happy.
I LEARNED THAT I SHOULDNT HAVE TO BASE MY HAPPINESS ON SOMEONE AND WHETHER OR NOT THEY TALK TO ME.
This year has definitely been a year with PLENTY of ups and downs and tHAT'S OKAY BECAUSE LEARNING IS GROWTH AND THATS SO GOOD FOR YOU.
So, I hope everyone reading this is blessed this holiday season with love and happiness and joy and again so much love. I might? post something about resolutions if I'm not lazy but.
