It's early in the morning, the day is rather bright even its still winter. The sun gleaming on the sky, some silver clouds covered the blue skies in horizon. The hustle and bustle on the street, along with the roaring horn here and there.

I stood in the corner of the street, waiting for the passing cars stopped. On the other side, an electronic shop with a big television that attached above, always showed up some electronic device advertisement. It showed the Cerebrum device that is very popular nowadays that paired with [Edentia Online] a VRMMORPG.

A picture of a man holding a metallic helmet plugged with game console, he wore it, then murmured some words “mind scanner activated.”. Then the world around him blasts into some pixelized dusts swriled, the helmet now disappeared from his head, replaced with the white knight helmet. Transferred into a beautiful realm, the man entusiastically travelled the surrounding, and now he’s holding a long sharp metal with a brown hilt. But then he bumped to a mirror, with his real world reflection is what he sees.

My eyes transfixed to the screen untill some cars stopped, giving chance for the pedestrians to cross the street. I still stared at the screen and keep walking on a short pace, but then a car came towards me from the other road. I was shocked, luckily it didn’t bumped me, then the driver angrily honked his car, he opened he window and screamed.

“Hey ! what are you looking at ? keep your eye on road !”

“S..Sorry sir,” I said timidly.

The man sweared many times to me, then he brought his car again. I noted myself and hurriedly passed the street.

Cool air slowly blew my hair, shifting those thought to the air as I feel it. Suddenly the snow falls from the sky beautifully. The paved black street slowly covered with soft white snow, some paths were shoveled and some was like a pile of white fluff. Being like a little kid, I kicked the pile of snow in front of me. A soft finger reached my shoulder, startled by it my body shook hardly.

"Eliza.."

Someone poke my back. I turned my head back, facing her. Her name is Anna, she is the girl next door. She is a energetic girl with wide dark blue eyes like the ocean depth and short pink hair, wearing a white fur coat and a black shirt. She smiles at me and give a hug.

"Hey Anna, what are you doing here ?" I replied her with a hug.

“Looking for some coffee,” she replied with a smile.

"Well, I have to e-mail my work to Professor Brown. At the coffee shop too." I pointed at my white pc tablet.

"Really ? let's go." Anna dragged my hand.

We're arrived at the coffee shop. A classic coffee shop give a warm air as we stepped inside, the brewed coffee beans, stuffy warm cakes, sweet and creamy pudding aroma spread around the shop. The barista danced with his shaker, putting some hot coffee at the cup, his agility to serve the costumer amazed me.

Anna scanned the room, there was Alfred sitting on the couch near the window, also near the heater. He had brownish hair and black eyes, he was wearing red shawl, and a grey hoodie. He rubbed his hands and sometimes placed it near the heater, his breath are short and shivered. He was allergic of cold air; a hypothermic disease.

"Hey Alfred !" Anna waved her hand.

"Oh, hi.." Alfred said shyly. He continued to rubbed his hand.
