"Riley!" I hear the husky voice of my cousin from somewhere in the airport as I looked for him.
I finally spot him and grin before running towards him, my luggages in tow.
"Harry!" I shout as he brought me up in a tight hug, my feet dangling a bit.
"Missed you, Sage," he smirks, knowing how much I dreaded my middle name, although, I don't glare daggers at him; I was too excited about going to the same college as him.
He took both my suitcases and I carried my backpack and carry-on before we headed out of the airport.
I'm glad I was with him; if I were by myself in a different country and a new university, I would've passed out the moment I stepped on the grounds of the airport for not knowing what to do next.
Thirty minutes later, he was walking me up to a dorm building and my stomach was hurting from being so nervous since I got off the airplane.
"What are you so nervous about?" He asks, dropping my suitcases in front of a door, which I think is my dorm room.
"I- what if I get a horrible roommate? Or what if she doesn't like me?" I hate that I sounded like a terrified kid.
"She's going to like you," he grins, "And if you don't like her, you can stay with me in my frat house,"
"No way I'm staying in a house full of boys who throw parties and have sex all night,"
"Well, that's not all we do," he defended.
"Sure you don't," I rolled my eyes before pushing the key into the keyhole and turning it to reveal my room and a new roommate.
She was wearing pajamas and her hair was tied up in a bun on top of her head. I suddenly don't feel so nervous anymore.
"Hey," She sticks her hand out to me, "I'm Mary,"
"Virgin Mary," Harry smirks and I nudged him rather forcefully on his side.
"Hey Mary, I'm Riley," I smiled, shaking her hand as well, "I apologize for my cousin's--"
"Woah what?" She cuts me off, "Styles is your cousin?"
I chuckled awkwardly, "Unfortunately,"
"Hey, I'm still here," Harry pouts.
"No shit," I smirked before picking up my suitcase and he helped me into my room.
I settled my things on the empty side of the room before Harry dismissed himself.
"I've never seen anyone treat Styles that way except for his friends," Mary says whilst helping me unpack.
"We practically grew up together," I shrugged.
"Must be hard being related to him,"
"You have no idea," I tell her as she laughs. "How do you know him?"
"Everyone knows him, along with his frat members, they seem to always be the main topic of everything," She informs me.
"Trust me, he's not that interesting,"
She laughed and we finished unpacking.
"So where's the bathroom?" I asked.
"Down the hall," she says and I cringed.
She seems to have noticed my reaction as she giggles, "You'll get used to it,"
I found the bathroom and took my shower before getting back in the room to change my clothes and Mary took her turn.
