" You want me to what now ? " Stephen scoffed, pouring himself a cup of tea. He eyed the man across him curiously. He doesn't seemed to be too pleased about it either. He let out another painstakingly tired sigh.

" I find it hard to believe myself, but I've heard that you could do the job for us. Kamar-Taj have kept a list of things that are threatening our world," Agent.Ross gratefully accepted the tea, as if he was hoping that  the warm mixture would help him wash away the fatigue circling in his eyes," Thor's brother is in one of them. I think he might even be second on that list."

" It's your duty to protect it," His partner, who he have learnt to be Agent.Maria Hill stated, lifting her own steaming cup against her lips, " Isn't it ?"

Stephen turned to look at Lisa, who only stared back with an equal amount of interest, eyes lighting up as if it was christmas - ( and not the aftermath of an assassination attempt.)

" I did owe you, for saving my life, and the book," Lisa gestured at the clip of ancient pages hanging behind the glass cabinet, " With that you also saved the planet. Since the book could be used as a dangerous instrument if it were to fall in the wrong hands."

" That we did," Agent Ross hummed, folding his hands together," So ? Are you in ?"

" Thor's already waiting back in base. But from what I've heard he's now roaming the streets of New York ," Agent Hill added," With the company of his brother, of course "

" We don't really have much of a choice do I ?" Stephen gave in.

" You don't," Agent.Hill looked at Lisa,"But she does. She has a whole temple to manage, we cannot leave the place unguarded."

" I don't know much about this, 'magic', which I'm still skeptical about. But leaving an entire temple of ancient runes and powerful shamans unguarded seems like a bad idea," Ross quipped in," I suggest she stays. For the sake of her students."

"Then I won't go," Stephen narrowed his eyes," Not only will I expose her to another attack, which I am very sure will take place. But I'm also leaving her with the burden of missing me."

" Oh gods, take him," Lisa rolled her eyes, scoffing," I'll be fine Stephen. The world needs you."

" You almost died," Stephen whispered, his voice was hushed, as if he still couldn't grasp the fact that she was almost decapitated infront of his very eyes, and if it wasn't for the two agents, she could've been killed.
