We hide our monsters in our heads.
We hide our skeletons in our hearts.
We shed mixed emotions from the lies we were once fead,
But yet we try to dicier the feeling with our smarts.

They tell me to do this but I should not,
But I do and that is proven by the dead.
I remember what I once sought,
But I do with great dread.

Shattered is a word I now to well.
Broken is a thing that am.
I remember long ago a name that made my heart swell.
The same of a love one dead, Sam.
