Abigail's POV.

I've been in this class for more than 30 minutes and yet I'm struggling to concentrate. Not only because History is boring , but because i couldn't get Chris out of my mind.

I'm pretty sure the last note i sent to Chris kept him curious. I remember how much he hates being left curious ..

The bell rang and i went to get lunch , sitting at a nearby table alone.

"Hey , Abby." i hear Tracy call out with Julie and Monica behind her , joining me at the table.
"Hey , Guys." i say with a saddened face and tone.
"What's wrong ? Why are you so sad ?" they all ask at the same time.
"It's probably Chris."
"

Tracy .. -"
"He's the reason you feeling down , isn't he ?" she interrupts me with that silly question.

I had told Tracy and the others about my story and my past with Chris. Though , Tracy already knew cause she herself was also Chris's friend back then , before the accident. That is why they get along so easily.

"We need to devise a plan to get his memory back." Monica said , with a smile on her face.

"We will , but not today , okay ? I need to try and get him back on my own first. If i fail , then I'm open to suggestions. Please don't take this the wrong way , guys." I say as i walk out of the room , leaving my food on the table before they could give a reply.

While walking and thinking of ideas at the same time , I see Chris walking down the hall with his friend , Marty , and i could not hold back my urge to go and talk to him.

Then it hit me , and i was convince i had to try it.

"Hey , guys."
"Hey.." they both say simultaneously.
"Chris , can i talk to you for a min ?"
"Uh .."
"Go on , man. I'll give you two some space !" i see Marty wink at him as he lands a fist on his shoulder before walking away.

"you good ?" i ask , and it was kinda weird for me to ask a question like that.
"Yeah , i am. Are you ?"
"No , not really. That's why i came to you." i state , looking down to the floor.
"How can i help , surely there's something i can do , right ?" he asks with a worried face. The face i haven't seen in a long , long time.

"There's only one thing you can do. You could cancel all the plans you made for tonight , give me your number , I'll text you a place and I'll expect you there at 7pm ?" i say with a smile , biting my lower lip in the process.

I could never forget those words because that's how he asked me out for the first time. Not that glamorous or anything but the fact that it was clear , real , honest and straight forward , caught my attention.

"Uh ... Wow ... I ... " he smiles , giving out slight chuckles. "Sure , why not. See you there at 7."
He gives me his numbers and as i turn to walk off , he stops me and says .. "I won't lie , i was planning on saying the same words to you , the exact same words."
"What are you on about ?" i ask with a smirk.
"Earlier , you sent me a note saying 'I haven't changed' , which implies that you know me from somewhere. Do you ?" he asks curiously ..
"See you tonight , Chris." i say , again with smirk on my face , knowing the curiosity would kill him.

It is 7:20 and Chris still hasn't arrived yet. To be honest , i wasn't surprised. He had a habit of being late. In fact , he's impatient ... so him being late is his way of avoiding the feeling and idea of waiting for someone to arrive or something to happen.
