My name is Viktor Ivanov, I'm currently twenty-six years old. For as long as I can remember, I've been alone. In that time, I learned something. I learned that people leave you, even if they're promised a thousand years of time that they won't. Those people, I thought they were friends, even family. Clearly, I was wrong. They're nothing, but traitors! They left me to die alone and let me be clear, I don't want to be alone. Now that I've been saved by others, who look promising. I want to be here forever. However, when it's my turn to die, I want to be left alone in that moment.

This was exactly what I told my brother, Arseny. Mr. Petrov, or my new father I should say, always knew what I was thinking. They were both family to me. When they both died, however, I felt so much hatred and sadness in my body and soul. I couldn't describe that feeling at the time.

Was it something I never felt before? No, I just haven't felt it in a long time. I didn't even know if this was a bad thing or not.
At the funeral, I remembered this woman named Alla.

She was different.
She wasn't like the other girls I've met. They would always have their.....womanly parts out in the open. Plus, they would have hungry eyes for men. However, Alla, she would keep her distance, even from those who she trusted the most.
I guess you can say that I admire that about her. However, I really didn't know her. So what was the point in staying, that's what I thought.

And so I left, in hope to never see a living person again. I don't want someone to be closer to me, for I bring misfortune.
