"Hmm..." Emperor Yoku said to himself, taking in the the feeble-seeming girl standing proudly in front of him. " You realize that you are refusing the chance of a lifetime, correct?" he slowed his speech, making sure that she heard every word. " See answer A," she folded her arms across her chest, the hood of her cloak sliding back a little when she did so. " Cordial as always, Miss Kietsu. I assure you; this conversation is far from over.
" Yep. So far that it made a U-turn and returned to being over."
Yoku growled loud enough for her to hear, but she ignored it. What a brat. " I see. You are dismissed." he waved his hand, but she remained in her spot. The hint of a smirk tugged at the corners of his mouth. " You've changed your mind perhaps?"
A light and haughty laugh rose from her throat," Not likely, but you don't dismiss me. I dismiss myself. It would do you good to remember that known fact." and she turned on her heel as she pushed open the huge doors that ultimately led to the gate. " Ingrate. Deerdriack!" he yelled in the empty throne room, a well-built guard running to his side. " Yes, Your Greatness?" he asked as he bowed respectfully. " Keep an eye on Rin Kietsu,"
" And also, bring me the prisoner."
