Rogue

The days seemed to have lasted longer, I tried to starve myself once, but Fairy Tail wasn't going to let that happen and forced food down my throat.

Natsu yelled at me everyday, but he seemed to be less and less angry each time and Wendy was fairly nice to me. She's such a sweet girl.

Gajeel, was something... The same as I remember him, he goes on missions a lot, but when he's not he's reading books on cats.

And... Gray, seemed to act completely normal around me....

It pisses me off.

My shadow's laughter filled the room, "Somebody seems angry, is cause that ice-make boy isn't apologizing or even acknowledging that he killed your best friend in cold blood? He murdered Frosch, Rogue this if you chance to get him back for-"

"Shut up, shut up, shut up!" I yelled, I no longer cared what the others thought about my yelling. I slapped my face and grabbed the book.

I glanced at the window.

"It's so easy and it'd be better than staying in this hellhole for the rest of your miserable life, Rogue~ Rogue~ Rogue~" The shadow cooed as it's voice began to drown out all my other thoughts.

I couldn't stop myself anymore, I dashed towards the window and slammed my whole body into it and shattered the glass.

I felt the wind blowing against my body as I fell straight down, I gripped the book tight and transformed into a shadow and made my way back to my house.

I could hear some of the Fairy Tail members gasping and calling after me, but I ignored it all.

All I care about right now is getting home and putting this magic to good use.

Timeskip

It was a long trip, but I finally got back to my house.

I locked the door and ran to my room, I opened the book full of ancient and illegal magics and flipped through the pages until I found the spell on how to bring back the dead.

My eye scanned the page, trying to gather all the information on it I could.

I place the open book in front of me as I took a deep breath and tried to focus all my my magic energy on one thing. I glanced around trying to find something to test the magic on.

Ah!

My old potted plant!

It's all dried up and dead now, so I'd be perfect for this.

I focused my magic energy on the dead plant, my hair rose and my body began to glow. I glanced at the book before closing my eye and letting the magic take control.

"Adducere ad animam." I spoke calm and clear as the plant began to glow as well.

I felt a quick ping of pain shoot through my body, I slowly opened my eye to see that once dead plant was once again blooming and bright with color.

A smile crept up my face. "It... It worked!" I exclaimed in happiness as I quickly made my way over to the plant and grabbed the pot.

"It worked." I quickly repeated to myself, "I could..." I muttered as I began to think to myself.

I could bring all my friends back with this one spell, but I would just be selfishly forcing them to live in this life.

But then again it's the least I can do as an apology for murdering them in cold blood.

This magic is illegal however and I could get in serious trouble for using it.

But I've already committed a terrible crime, I'd get in trouble either way.

I deserve this life of pain though, it's my fault they're dead...

But I could bring them back and restore my life and make everything okay again!

My mind...

Is slowly...

Breaking.

"I'm going to the graveyard."
