There are lots of types of addiction. I had(and still have)one of the most light-hearted(in my opinion)addictions. Phone and internet addiction(more of a Youtube addiction actually). It might seem like sth normal for a girl of my age, but we're talking about a serious case of these addictions.First thing in the morning was to grab my phone and watch a Youtube video or post sth on a social media platform. I would watch approximately 50 videos a day.
When I became addicted to Youtube I started becoming addicted to Youtubers as well. It all started off with a greek youtuber called2j,I started watching Youtube when I was around 12 years old , so......yeah. All the youtubers that I watched back then were greek and absolute cringe(except from 2j.He makes videos in kind of an American style and I like that). Then my first Youtube crush was Shane Dawson. I've been watching his videos for about 3 years and I still love him as a Youtuber and I look up to him very much.
I watched lots of American youtubers , but I never really became obsessed with them or a fan of them I just watched their videos.But then I did a huge mistake. I said: I should check out those British guys that everyone is talking about. I watched one video of them and I instantly loved them. And that's how I got into the Phandom*. I first started watching just Dan and I didn't like Phil that much,but now I'm a hardcore Phan* shipper. I also run a fan account (mainly) for them on Instagram. It's funny how I used to mock Phandom members for being so obsessed with them and now I'm the one with the Phan obsession.

-Rudy Mancuso
and many many others.
Now for the phone addiction part.I can't live without my phone. One time I went out with my friends and I forgot my phone home and I walked 3 kilometres just to get it from my home.Yeah....that's stupid. I'm not proud of it,but just thinking about how I could have been addicted to sth worse like drugs for example,it's a miracle that my phone is basically attached to my hand.
I want to thank Shane and Dan and Phil for being by my side,even though they don't know it.
Internet is an awesome place where you can find people with the same thoughts and interests as you. You can make friends from all over the world and that's nice,but it can be painful at some times(mainly because of the distance between you and your internet friend).So in the next two chapters I'm gonna talk about my internet friends
