Harry and Edward began to worry about Marcel, he had spent every day at the hospital since Louis was admitted 6 before and he had barely eaten or slept.
"Marcel." Harry pleaded "you need to eat something."
"And you should go home and get some sleep too." Edward said.
"No!" Marcel shouted "I'm not leaving until Louis wakes up!" Harry and Edward sighed, they knew they were getting nowhere with their brother. They left and decided to bring Marcel some food if he wouldn't go get it himself.
"Lou." he whispered "Please wake up, I miss you." Marcel once again began to cry when the doctor walked in.
"There's been no change since yesterday, I'm sorry." Marcel sighed and watched as the doctor took Louis' vitals once again. A few minutes after the doctor left Marcel started to drift off to sleep listening to the steady sound of the machine signaling Louis' heartbeat.
Marcel wasn't sure how long he'd been asleep but he was woken up by his brothers waving a bag of food in his face.
"Eat," Harry demanded. Marcel unenthusiastically took the bag of food and slowly ate what was inside.
"Listen Marcel, we know you're upset, but I think you should go home for a while and get some rest, as much as I hate to say it, Louis isn't going anywhere any time soon."
"You're right" Marcel breathed and slowly got up out of the chair, almost falling over from not standing in a while. Harry and Edward supported him as they walked to the car to drive Marcel home. As soon as the reached the house and got Marcel into his bed he crashed and slept for 2 days.

Marcel visited the hospital every day for two months with no changes in Louis condition and the doctors were wondering if Louis was even going to make it.
Marcel himself began to wonder if Louis would make it. What made Marcel the most upset was that Louis missed Marcel's big 19th birthday, which he didn't have much fun at. Marcel now knew that if he got Louis back this time he would never ever let him go again. Marcel had a plan though, a few weeks after his 19th birthday when he realized that he would never let Louis go. Marcel went out and bought a ring and took it with him every day waiting for Louis to wake up. Harry and Edward we surprisingly okay with this even though Marcel and Louis had only been together for a short time and Louis had been in a coma for most of it. They wanted their brother to be happy, and their brother wanted Louis to be his forever.
