Destiny 2 An Unexpected Story

Chapter 1 The Beginnings

*Enzo's point of view*

"Hey love do you want to head out maybe grab something to eat?" I ask as I get up from the couch and walk over to Nora's office her ghosts nods towards me as I walked in.

"Ummm..... sure why not I've been working on my studies all day," Nora replies as she stands up, and walks over to me kissing my cheek as she walks past.

I look at her desk and see history books of the hunters and some other novels I didn't seem to catch. As I turn around my ghost stops me

"Enzo are you feeling ok you seem worried," she ask as I look at her

"Yeah Echo I'm perfect," I respond looking back at the books a tad concerned, but not to much.
I walk over with my shoes and sit next to Nora, and proceed to put them on as I notice her beautiful pale is blue skin. I sit up with a smirk, she looks at me with a look of joy and confusion.

"What are you smirking about hmm?" She says in a light laugh scanning my face.

"Only the most beautiful and deadly thing in the universe," I reply in a suave manner.

"Awe thanks baby," Nora says slightly blushing and standing up, and tries to pull me up.

I stand up and take her hand in mine as we walk towards the door and down the elevator to the city floor. As we are traveling down I think to myself how in the hell did I mange to get so lucky not only with a huntress but an awoken, her beautiful icy blue eyes and white markings to compliment her skin and frosty blue lips. My thoughts are soon broken as we walk out to the busy city floor. I look back and up at our penthouse suite, a gift from the New Monarchy, and then look around taking in the sounds, sights, and smells of the city. We begin walking till we come to a ramen shop named the Sun Seeker ramen shop, best shop in the whole galaxy! I look at Nora and she looks back at me smiling and nods as I open the door for her, and I follow her in close behind. The waiter seats us and takes our order, we both say "regular please", at the same time because we've ate here more times than we can count. As we wait for our food I look around seeing if I can spot any familiar faces, and sure enough I do. I spot a good friend of ours a warlock human named Parish, kind of a nerdy know it all if you ask me, but that's a warlock after all. I whistle in his direction, he looks up and around till he spots us and smiles.

"Hey brother come over here," I say becoming him over

"Alright you wall," he scoffed at me as he walked over and sat down in the empty chair next to me.

As he sits down the waiter brings us our food and I tell the waiter to get one more for my good friend here. He nods with a smile "of course sir," then walks off to place the order again. As we wait we start talking about random things, the crucible, and even best ways to kill the vex. Then Nora looks at me and the back at Parish, with a look of concern.

"Parish are you ok dude you seem kinda off and a tad depressed," Nora ask as she looks at him. She always had this way of detecting things especially emotions, kinds like a sixth sense

"Yeah I'll be fine...I promise," Parish replies with a sigh

"Parish" she says with a more stern manner

"Ok fine if you must know....today is Mara's and My anniversary," he replies in a sadden tone looking at his drink and taking a sip shaking his head.

"Oh I'm so sorry I didn't know," Nora says putting her hand on his arm trying to comfort him.

"It's fine just hard sometimes but I'll be with her once again....someday," he says as he smiles and looks up as the waiter brings him his food then walks off.
We begin eating and talking once again, a little back round history between us is that Nora has known the queen for the longest time...till the collapse that is. That's when they got separated, then when we got calls from the reef Nora started to think about the name Mara Sov, and that she knew it but never could remember where she had heard it from. After we did a few missions for the queen we were allowed to a private dinner with you guessed it the queen and Parish himself. That's how we put the peaces together and figured out that they were a thing, one big hint was that she was sitting on his lap and look liked they were having the time of their life. Well we were too not going to lie. After the party Parish showed me around the reef and may have made me a honor guard of the queen and him but I told him that the warlock does need protection from the all mighty titans, then we started joking around going back and fourth towards each other about our classes. While we were doing that the girls were having a girls night getting caught up. Then after that night we spent more and more time together doing bounties for the queen and clearing the prison out for new arrivals, even the capture of Skolas and even his doom.
