Annabelle's P.O.V.
Was he serious? Was he really being serious? I can't work here with Harry. I'm suppose to have my own little office not share a office with him. What the hell.
I stood there not saying anything. I just kept looking at him like he was crazy. I mean why would he want me to share a office with him? Why?
"Is there a problem?" Harry broke the silence between us. I couldn't say no to him. I pull on a fake smile and said no. He smiled. "Great, come here and I'll show we're your spot is." He said and I nodded and followed him. As I was walking I notice that he had this table fill with whiskey bottles or wine. He drinks? I didn't know that. I decided to ask him. "Harry can I ask you a question?" I said and he nodded. "Do you drink?" I asked and he took a deep breath and began to talk. "Sometimes when I'm pissed off or just depressed why you don't?" He asked. "No I never tasted it before." I said and he smirk. "Really? Never like never in your life?" He said. "No never and I don't plan on drinking either." I said and he laugh. "Well I wasn't even gonna give you some." He said and winked. "Well good cause I wasn't gonna drink it anyways." I said and he rolled your eyes. "Okay here's your spot where your gonna work." He said and I nodded.
*30 minutes later*
It was awkward. Nobody talked. It was 6:38 and I was about to leave early cause Harry didn't need any more help today but I couldn't leave cause I live far from Oscorp. I need to go on the bus but I have no clue when it comes and where the bus stop at. Ugh. Should I ask Harry for a ride or should I just walk. C'mon Annabelle if you walk you will lose weight but if I walk I will probably get raped and kidnaped. Oh gosh. I guess I'm asking Harry for a ride.
"Hey Harry?" I said while he was reading the newspaper on his table. "Yes Annabelle?" He said while he was still reading the newspaper. "Um can you do me a huge favor?" I said and he stopped reading and put the newspaper down. Shit he's mad. "What kind of favor?" "Well um a driving favor." I smiled and he looked confused. God I'm stupid and I'm literally wasting my time right now. "I'm confused" he said. "I mean can you give me a ride to my place. I'll pay for gas." I said and he smiled. "Wait but your like 17 don't you have your drivers license?" He asked and I looked down embarrassed. "Um I didn't passed." I said quietly. "What?" He said. "I don't have my drivers license" I said loud enough for him to hear and he started laughing out loud. "Wow Annabelle your 17 and don't have your drivers license that's so embarrassing" he said and continue laughing and I rolled my eyes. "Look if your gonna continue laughing I'll just call a taxi." I said. "No I'll drive you." He said and I nodded.

When we got to his car he was still laughing. C'mon it's not that funny. "Harry it's not funny stop laughing." I said all serious but that only made him laugh more.

It was night time and he was still driving for a long time. Is he lost? "Harry are you lost?" I asked and he nodded no. I didn't say nothing. I looked out of the window and I notice that there was something shiny very bright. What the hell? It's not even raining or thundering. "Shit" I heard Harry say. "What's wrong?" I asked worried. Yes I am worried. "My car it stopped running. It's not even out of gas." He said. What the hell. "Are you serious?" I said frustrated. We were nowhere. Great just great. Just what I needed.
Harry got out of the car and open the car trunk(sorry idk it's called). I hate the dark and especially when I saw something shiny.
I decided to get out of the car and help Harry even though I don't know anything of cars. "Annabelle get back in the car." He said while he was looking at the battery. "No I want to help." I said and he rolled his eyes. "Look I might be a girl but I might help." I said. "Okay fine do you know anything about car battery's?" He asked "nothing" I said. "Annabelle just get inside the car. Your not helping at all." He said and I gave him one of those dirty looks. Wow. But then again I am useless.
I was about to get inside the car but I saw the shiny thing again. Okay this is literally freaking me out. Is someone watches us? "Harry did you see that?" I said all freaked out. "See what?" He said and gave me a weird look. "That shiny thing I don't know how to explain it. Can we just go. The car won't work anyways." I said. "Fine but if someone steals my car it's your fault." He said and I nodded. All I just want to do right now Is go home.
We began to walk and I was still freaking out. Something inside me is telling me that there's something out there watches us. Harry and I. "Harry can I ask you something?" I said trying to make a conversation to get my mind distracted. "Yes?" "Are you scared walking here. Where's there nothing expect us?" I asked. "No, I actually like it." He said and my eyes widen. "Why are you scared?" He asked. I took a deep breath and began to talk. "Kinda, I mean there's a lot of monster out there like giant lizards." I said. "Oh yea I heard about that." He said and I nodded. "Yeah but Spider-man saved the world from it so yeah." I said. "Yeah I heard about him too." He said
Suddenly, there was a loud noise behind us. We turn around Harry's car lights turning on and off like crazy.
And the shiny thing I saw.

Sorry for the long wait had lots of stuff to do. Anyways I might update when school is over which is next week 😊 and sorry for any misspelled words or grammar.
