{A little Superwho comin' at ya}

(Reader's POV)

I don't know who I am. Actually, I don't know WHAT I am. To be completely honest, I don't even know how I'm still alive. I have nightmares sometimes...of things I don't remember, of things I can't identify. How I ended up, in this random wooded place, I have no idea. I just received a signal on my long device and I pushed the button. I somehow ended up in a place called Kansas, in the middle of the woods. I've been searching for what my...my long device thing has been bleeping about but I can't seem to find it. It seems far, and my CISET (Cylindrical Inter-dimensional Space And Engine Transporter) hasn't been functioning properly either. By being out here only for a couple of months, I've seen things. There are four people I've seen around and I don't know why I was called here if these people could handle this signal themselves.

Apparently there are two brothers, they're named Sam and Dean. They have a best friend named Castiel and a lost boy named Jack Kline. I've ran into Jack a couple of times. He seems like a nice person. I am a bit scared of going near Sam and Dean, because they shoot at things they think are dangerous and I obviously don't want to get shot. I don't need to change again...not again. I usually hang around the trees, usually staying away from trouble. I sit on top of tree branches and sit near the lake, thinking about why I was sent here and observing Earth, all around me.

I sat on the ground, my ginger hair blowing gently back because of the wind. I somehow managed to have green eyes and freckles as I changed as well. I guess, you can't really request who you want to be as you change, but I didn't expect to be so...so appeasing to the eye. I never really asked for that. I went back into my CISET and still heard the pinging of the signal ringing throughout the room.

"God, that's annoying." I said

But it was this day, that I found out a lot about myself, and who I truly was.

It all started with that signal...

Y/N! HELP!

I can almost remember it. All of it. How it happened. It...was truly amazing how all of these events corresponded with one another.

But, anyways, it all started with that signal. I was up in CISET, talking to her and thinking about what I was to do that day.

"Ciz, how am I supposed to track this signal down when it's miles away?" I asked her

She warbled and I sighed, not wanting to hear her tell me the same thing over and over again.

"I can't just walk! Those so called 'hunters' will kill me if they find me."

Ciz warbled again.

"What do you mean, why? If they find out I have a broken time machine, they'll use me to take them wherever they want to go. And, I'm not fond of people who just use me for sport." I told her

Ciz warbled in different pitches, indicating that she was upset.

"Oh yeah yeah, you can talk. I barely remember who I am. You know my dreams, Ciz. They're not normal. I can barely categorize them into something I know. I see, silver robots, handsome men and potato-looking aliens. I sound completely mad."

Ciz warbled softly, indicating that she was trying to console me.

"Eh. It's nothing, really. I just know I'm not human...or...rather, I'm like 1/4 human since I have the capacity for empathy and other different types of emotions." I said

I then heard the pinging but in a different pitch. It made me run over towards Ciz's monitor.

"What's going on?" I asked

I then heard a sound. A sound, that's haunted me ever since I came into existence. The sound of drums.

Tap-Tap-Tap-Tap.

It wasn't loud and obnoxious. It was just four eighth notes being played on a drum on a constant loop. It felt like a person with a drum was always behind me. It was manageable but I was quite troublesome. I couldn't focus nor sleep. Ever since I arrived at Kansas, it stopped. For a while, I've started to enjoy the natural white noise that Earth provided me. All I heard was that pinging signal and that pinging didn't bother me as much until now. Those drums came back, which only meant one thing in my book...something's going to happen.

I ran outside of Ciz to look around. I then ran outside of the woods to see the street. I looked around and saw a face I recognized. It was Jack. He came out of this..this brown door inside a hill. He was holding a bag of trash and he walked towards the trash can, putting it inside. I thought it was completely normal, but it turns out, this particular day to take out the trash was the complete opposite. I then heard the sound of a laser, hitting the bag and then burning it. I immediately jumped back, hiding behind a tree. A man wearing a somewhat decent suit with a device, I had in my own possession. I looked at him from afar and I didn't even notice that he frequently appeared in my dreams. But the moment I did realize, I knew he wasn't a good person. I grabbed my device and I ran towards Jack and the man.

"You're coming with me." The man from my dreams said to Jack

"STOP!" I yelled, pointing my device at him and pushing the button, making him drop his device

He groaned and turned to look at me. His whole expression changed from upset to shocked.

"Y/N." He said

I then pushed the button again, making him go on his knees.

"Who are you and how do you know my name?" I asked him

He chuckled and then looked back at me. Jack looked at me curiously yet cautiously.

"You're my daughter." The man said
