I am from a caring family,
Aunts and Uncles, Cousins and beloved Grandparents,
All whom I love so dearly.
I am from a family so full of love,
Who sticks together through thick and thin.
I am from a beautiful home,
From a flourishing vegetable garden and a large back yard.
I am from the tall trees which grew all around me,
The same trees in which allowed me to hide away from my reality.
I am from the crack of twigs underneath my pop's footsteps,
As he teaches me the ways of survival
For if I ever find myself lost.
I am from the music blasting through my headphones,
Silencing my everyday thoughts.
The same thoughts that wish to be heard,
but are never to be heard.
I am from the tears that I shed,
And the happiness I endured.
I am from everyday change and moving,
Every place being different than the one before.
From hurt I endured or hurt I may have caused.
But also from staying strong,
For I can conquer all that I must.
I am from...
The few words of a never ending story.
