"lex." jay said quietly entering mine and michael's shared room. i pulled my head from the pillow, my eyes most likely puffy and red from crying. "babe." he said quickly walking over to me hugging me tightly. "it's okay." he whispered as i broke down in his arms.
"i should of listened to you guys." i sobbed "calm down." michael said "he used me." i cried "this is why i said no. i didn't want you to get hurt. yeah you were mad at me but at least you were crying over a guy who doesn't deserve the satisfaction of knowing he broke you." michael said "i'm sorry"i said hugging him tightly "everything i do is to make sure you're safe." he said hugging me back.
"you can't see chance anymore. rather it's hanging out with a group or alone. i don't want you near him anymore." michael said sternly "got you." i said quietly. he sighed before pulling me into another hug. "i love you." he whispered "i love you too." i said back. the rest of the night we laid of michael's bed and watched movies together
