Hey! So! This story started as a one shot- now it's gonna be a two shot! (Is that a thing......? Nvm.) so someone commented in my last chapter asking for a continuation. So. Yeah. I told them I'd update tomorrow.

"Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh Tikki I can't believe that happened. Oh my-! Oh my GOSH Tikki!!" Mari squealed when She got home, going through the recent events in my mind. "He fought for me." Her voice was quiet but She could tell the kwamii could hear her due to the smile she sent her way.

"I don't see why you're so surprised Marinette" the kwamii giggled. "I think he's made it pretty obvious that he cares a lot about you." She smiled.

She smiled fondly. "Yes. But. This- this is different. This is...... big." She replied, wide eyed.

Tikki smiled at her holder, unsure of the right words without giving anything away.

"He actually- FOUGHT. For me." Mari breathed, lost in the memory. "He was there for me when no one else was. Not even Alya! Tikki, do you realize that?" The bluenette asked. She didn't blame her best friend for not being the one to fight him off, because she didn't let her see, however the fact that in reality Adrien was the one to save her- it's incredible. It filled her with an unidentifiable feeling that she beamed over.

He fought for her. Adrien Agreste fought for her.

The thought made her giddy and she twirled around in her room with a smile. Just then there was knock on her window.

"Oh! Chat's here!" She exclaimed quietly to her kwamii. 'I can't wait to tell him about today!' She thought to herself, skipping towards the window where her feline partner waited. Before opening the door, she looked behind her, making sure Tikki wasn't in sight before opening the window.

"Chat!" She exclaimed with a hug that caught the feline boy off guard. He looked at her worriedly before seeing that she was okay and hugging her back. "The most amazing thing happened today!" She beamed when the hug ended.

Chat raised an eyebrow before asking "Really? I heard there was a guy being a douchebag to you earlier- that's actually why I came honestly." He rubbed the back of his neck with a small smile.

Mari smiled at him. "Well, Yes. There was a guy being a douchebag. But the awesome thing is related to that." She explained.

Chat's ears twitched "o- Kay than?" He smiled "so what's the awesome part?"

"Someone was there." She beamed, turning to they are no longer making eye contact. "He's been doing that to me since he came and no one noticed. But someone did." She smiled at the memory. "It might sound dumb- but that means SO much to me..." Her smile widened.
"And of all people! You'll never guess who noticed." She squealed, looking at him again.

Chat felt a warmth come across his face as he watched the girl talk about the subject, but a part of him broke at her words. It's been going on since he came? And he JUST noticed? He JUST did something about it?... more importantly- no one else noticed? He was brought back to earth by a small voice.

"Chat? You okay?"

He made eye contact and nodded with a light smile. "You could have told someone sooner Princess." He told her. "But tell me. Who noticed?" He asked with a knowing grin.
