As Mysterious as I am, let me admit, sometimes I can even surprise my own self. That 'Show' I put up at Midtown yesterday was very professional. She had no idea it had all been planned. Obviously she wouldn't know it was a plan because she's not very familiar with my new partner in the business; Alonzo Picasso. I did him a favour last week by helping him to lay off his ex girlfriend therefore he thought it right to help me with my devious plan.
I smirked as I walked up to him and we shook hands.
"Alonzo, nice to see you." I said as I took a seat next to him.
Alonzo Picasso was the most wanted drug dealer and criminal in the state. He was on several occasions accused of rape and defilement. He was also a very good friend of mine considering we were both in the business. He had been on the run for a while so he was no where to be found for a while but now he's back. He usually supplied me with opium, ecstacy, crystal meth, the good stuff.
"Selasi, it's been a while. How's everything?" He asked taking a detailed look at the furniture of the Top Thug headquarters.
"Everything is great nigga, where have you been?" I asked; pouring both of us a glass of whiskey.
"The Caribbean. So how's your business boomin'?" He asked taking a sip of his whiskey.
"It's ayt, but we sure need a lot of them stuff you been supplying."I admitted.
"I got a whole car full o' that sh*t for you man." He smiled.
"Great. So when are you supplyin'?" I asked rather anxiously.
"Today. In fact, we can do the transactions right now."He said.
"First of all, I need to taste some of the good stuff. Sample?" I smirked. Alonzo immediately sent for them to bring a sample of the drugs and I tried out each of them.
"Nice, very nice."I smiled after taking in the good stuff.
"You like eh?" Alonzo asked with a smirk playing on his lips.
I nodded in response and soon, the transactions went through. He supplied us with all the drugs immediately. It actually turned out that he had a car full of them. I wasn't surprised that Alonzo would be carrying around tons of drugs in a car; he was just smart about it.
He had his cars personalised and made from scratch therefore, the car seats were stuffed with cocaine. The airbag had all sorts of Weed in it. This made it much easier for him to peddle his drugs without being noticed by the police.
After the transactions were made, Alonzo bade me a goodbye before he left.
Soon after, Aya walked up to me with a suitcase."It's done. This time around, the right way." She handed the bag over to me.
I glanced at her one last time before opening the bag.
Inside the bag was a lot of stacks of money.I smiled then gave her a hug.
"That's my girl." I whispered in her ear.
Aya has always been loyal to me since the first day I met her. She never failed at any of her missions. I'm the type of guy to tell you to your face that I would kill you and actually do it. Unlike me, she was very cunning and pretentious. She really knew her way around the minds of many great men who are dead today. In addition to all that, she was also my lovely girlfriend.
We pulled away from the hug and she sat next to me on the couch.
"What's on your mind?" She asked.
"A lot of things. Your next job would be on Monday. This one is gonna be a little more different. Are you up for it?" I asked.
"Always." She smiled.
Hours later, I left the headquarters to meet up with the guys. We had a chat for a while then we departed. I later on decided to pay someone a visit.
I knocked on the door and waited.
The door flung open and there she was, with a surprised look plastered on her face.
"What are you doing here?"she asked as if she was angry at me.
"And that's the way to treat the guy who kinda saved your life, wow. . ." I sighed.
"What do you want?" She asked impatiently.
"I was around so I decided to pay you a visit." I replied immediately.
"Well never do that ever again. What if my dad was the one who opened the door?" She asked.
"Sorry, I'll just leave." I walked away feigning sadness.
"Alvin." I heard her call out to me which meant she bought it.
I stopped and turned around to face her.
"I'm sorry for being rude, it's just that I wasn't expecting you to suddenly appear here. A phone call would do." she said.
I gave out a slight nod then I turned away from her without a word. I walked away leaving her standing at her front door.
I later on retired to my home.
