NO I will not ditch you all again like that. YES I am sorry.  Anyways enjoy.  And I don't really look at the ammount of comments or votes I recieve.  I do like hearing from you guys in the comments tho.  Thanks for the votes, the reads, and again, please check out some of my other books that I have on Wattpad.  Thanks :-)

ALSO!  In the last few chapters, I put Sarah in jail, but then used her name instead of EMMA who is supposed to be with John at this event right now.  SORRY for the confusion!!!  And if there are any mistakes in this part, please comment or private message me where an error or confusing line is at, and I will clear it up!  I really need y'alls support on this!  Thanks, and Enjoy!

Recap:

I think it is amazing. How a young foal, like Luke, can have such energy and spunk, especially with long limby legs. He spooks at everything. A butterfly. A flower. A cricket. His own farts. Wait, what?

Splash and I graze together, with Luke running between our legs and under our belly's in attempt to get away from the flies.

'Son, why don't you take a nap or something? You're making me tired just watching you run around like a lunatic.' SPlash says, nickering and nudging Luke.

'No, daddy. I want to run!' Luke squealed, taking off running around the pasture.

'Want to join him? What will it hurt?' I ask Splash.

'What the heck. Let's do it!'

Splash and I take off after Luke, chasing him and running beside him.

Splash and I raced each other, but ended up letting Luke win. Even though we weren't racing him he still won. We had drawn a crowd, oohing and ahing over us running around. Among the crowd was Sarah and John.they had scowls on their faces, like they weren't happy with what we were doing.

"Shawn! Come here girl!" John called.

I trotted over to John, and put my muzzle in his hand. he stroked my face, running his hands through my forelock an over my eyes, almost soothing me in a way.

"Hey man, let me get a picture of your horse! she's a beauty!" some man said from behind john.

John stepped out of the way, and a guy held up a fancy camera. He snapped three pictures, and the fourth one had a flash, spooking me.

I reared up, blinded by the sudden flash of light. I landed and pawed at the ground, shaking my head in disgust.

"Dude! what the hell?! Why flash?!" John yelled, obviously annoyed by the guys arrogance.

"I'm sorry! I didn't think the flash would come on!" the guy said.

I had calmed down by now, sniffing the ground, creating puffs of dust whirling in the air. Little kids were bent down by the bottom board of the fence, picking weeds and tossing them to me. I nibbled at them, earning giggles from the kids.

'Mommy! look!' Luke yelled.

'Yes baby?' I asked, looking behind me.

There was Luke, rearing up and holding it. he landed then bolted around the pasture, kicking his heels and chasing something.

I nickered, and trotted out to him. I stopped and bounced and tossed his head before running under my legs. Splash came over to me, and started nudging me with his nose. I turned my head around and looked at him, huffing out as to why he nudged me. I felt Luke suckling, drinking some of my milk. Strange, I never thought of him ever nursing. Or how it felt. Live and learn, I guess.
