I woke up the next morning thinking about what Nathan told me. I took a bath and wore some jeans and cropped shirt, I added the bracelet that Nathan gconsening Annah had already took a shower so she made breakfast. "Goodmorning Lisah" she said. "Morning Annah" I replied. "I thought of making breakfast because you seemed tired" she looked at my hand. I realised what she saw and tried to hide it but that did nothing. "So what is this? A present from your lovely boyfriend?" She teased me. I didn't know what to say because just yesterday we were angry at him. "I think I have feelings for this guy, but there are consequences if I start a relationship with him. Josh is a pain in the butt." I said feeling like crying. "Lisah, you know the truth. Listen to what your heart wants and go with it. Don't let Josh be the reason to your unhappiness. Your happiness comes first and other things may follow. If you start a relationship with Nathan then tell him the truth first." Her advise seemed good, but I was not sure yet. "Let's eat before we are late for school" Annah said.

We arrived at school and I did not want to face anyone. Annah and I walked hand in hand, but someone had to interrupt. Nathan stopped in front of us and things got awkward. "I'll give you too some space" Annah said. I felt that every girls eyes were boring into my head. "Hey Lisah, I just wanted to apologise for yesterday's incident, well I was supposed to check you but I complicated things. I am really sorry." Nathan said. I stared at him, not knowing what to say. "Well its fine, I thought about what you said the other day and I really like you. I think we should start a thing but before that can you come to my apartment? I need to tell you something." I said. "Okay, I'll give you a ride home after school." The bell rang and we went our separate ways.

It was already lunch time. I met with Annah at the cafeteria. "Hey girlfriend, you seem disturbed?" Annah said. Well to tell the truth I think I was disturbed. "Well I told Nathan we could start a thing. I invited him to my apartment so that I could tell him everything consening Josh." I said to Annah and she seemed calm. But I was freaking out. "Be calm otherwise fire will come out of your ears and nose." She laughed. "Relax, you look constipated and that's not good. Its a good thing you told Nathan to meet so you could tell him everything. Be honest to him and if he really loves you and is ready ro commit to you then he will understand." Annah advised me.

Nathan and I rode to my apartment together. We arrived and I offered him something to drink. We sat down in silence. I was nervous but I had to tell him. "Well Lisah you will have to say something because you invited me here." He said staring at me. "Well I have something to tell you that consents your friend Josh." I said looking at the floor. He held my chin up so I was looking at him." Its okay, you can talk to me. What did he do to you? Did he ask you out or tell you something about me?" He freaked out. I held his arm firmly and he calmed down. "Well its none of that. You see, Josh and I attended school together a few years ago, so he and I were like a couple?" I said unsure how Nathan will react. His face expressed 'freaking out' look. "Well should I continue or you don't want to hear anymore?" I asked. "I think you should continue." He said. "Well I loved Josh but I also loved the popularity because Josh was popular at the last school. One day Josh asked me to move the relationship to the next level, well you know...to have sex with him. I refused his offer and he did not take it very well. So we broke up and he on the other hand told his friends that I had slept with him to an extent of photo shopping my naked pics. Well those pics aren't mine so people were disgusted about my behaviour. I told my parents and they understood, so I moved to this school hoping to move on my past but I see that Josh is your close friend. If ever you don't want to start a relationship with me its fine, I understand." I felt some tears forming and before I knew it, I was crying. Nathan took me into his hands and gave me a hug. I felt safe and his warmth calmed me down.
