The group ended up setting up camp in a small clearing, just a few feet away from the entrance to the city gate.

Marco sat in front of the fire among his friends. Salia had already fallen asleep, the rest of the friends, however, were wide awake.

Marco frowned to himself.

"Why do they call it The Lost Kingdom if it's on a map?"

Marco huffed to himself.

"What's wrong?" the monster asked, staring towards Marco with worried eyes.

"I'm worried about my friend Star. She's going to freak out when she realizes I'm missing!"

Uncle Joseph piped up, looking up from the map he was studying, "Time works differently here, Marco. Remember that."

"I said to get some rest."

Marco huffed again and turned his face back towards Ren. He had laid next to Salia and pulled her into a tight embrace. They were both fast asleep.

"Joseph?" Marco asked.

"What is it now, Marco?" the man returned.

"Will Star forget about me?"

There was a long silence. Then Marco heard snoring, clearly coming from the man. Marco sighed and laid down in the grass. He dreamt of Star.
