Emma's POV
It's been 3 days since I found out about Luke's girlfirend. I'm still kinda down about it. I talked to Andrea about it already ,but I still can't get him out of my head.When we started dating he promised me he wasn't going to hurt me. He broke that promise too.
*Flashback*
"Em, whats wrong?" Luke asked me with worry in his eyes.
"A- Aaron cheated o-on me." I said between sobs.
"Come here." He staid with his arms wide open. I went into his arms and sobbed into his chest.
"I don't know shy he did it."
"He's a dick he doesn't deserve you." He said hugging me tighter. "Em I would never hurt you like he did." He said as he placed his hands around my face. He slowly started to lean in into me. I could feel his cold lip ring on my lips as we started to deepen the kiss.
"Luke I can't" I said as I realized what was happening. I mean he was my best friend. "I need to go." I said as I grabbed m things and left.
*End of Flashback*
"Miss Moran? Miss. Moran?!"
"What?! i mean yes?"I said as I sat up.
"Would you be kind enough to not daydream in my class?" Mr. Johnson said
"Certainly." I said with sass in my voice, earning a glare from him. He then returned to teaching and I continued to daydream.
*Flashback*
"Em will you be my girlfriend?" Luke asked me as he held both my hands.
"I would love to." I said with a smile. He picked me up and spun me around as he laughed like an idiot.. He put me down and leaned in . He wrapped his arms and my waist and i plased mty arms around his neck.We slowly closed the gap between us and our lips started to move perfectly together.
*End of flashback*
"Your dismissed." Mrs. Johnson said after the bell rang. I stood up and got my stuff. I walked out of the classroom and bumped into someone.
"Im so sor-"
"Its alright Emma." He said
"Brody? Oh im sorry." I said again as I bent down and picked up my books. Brody bent down and helped me.
"Let me help yo." He said as he took all my books under his arm.
"No it's alright, i got it." I told him as I tried to to get them back.
" It's cool I want to help you." He said laughing "Hey are you okay? You look sad." Am I that easy to read?
"Yea im okay. I just tired." I lied
"Okay good." he said as we walked into Mr. Thomas' room.
~After school~
"Andrea can i come over? My dad isn't home and I don't want to be home alone."
"Yea come on." I got into my car and drove off to Andrea's house.
"Come on Emma. Cheer up!" Andrea said as we walked into her room. I sat on her bed as she put on some music.
"Best thing bout tonights that we're not fighting. It couldn't be that we have been this way before.."
My heart sunk at the familiar words. Luke used to sing this song to me all the time. I felt my eyes water at the thought of Luke. "Emma what's wrong?" Andrea asked
"It's just tha Luke used to sing that song o me when we were together." I explained
"Oh im sorry. Let me turn it off." she got up and skipped the song at came back to ther seat next me. I feel like a completee loser. Im crying for Luke. He probably doesn't even give two shits about me. How could I be so stupid. "Emma, please stop cying over him. He's a dick he doesn't deserve you." Andrea said.
"He's a dick he doesn't deserve you." The words kept invading my thoughts.Those were the exact same words Luke told me when Aaron cheated on me...
"Come on lets go watch tv or something.You need to forget about him for a little while.." Andrea said
"Alright lets go."

While watching tv I couln't stop thinking about Luke. Everything reminded me of him, but I guess that's what heartbreak's like. Right? I honestly never saw this day would come, me and Luke breaking up. It's the worst feeling eer knowing he's with someone else while i'me her loving him with all my heart.
Worst thing is 'm going to be moving back to Australia in 2 months. I'm going to look so stupid. I just hope that when I go back he does't try to talk to me. I don't think I could take it.
Luke's POV
I cant believe me and Alice have been dating for 2 months. Its feels like so much longer. I can say I love her though. We've only been datin for 2 months. Besides I still love Emma. We dated for the longest time. I fell bad for saying this but I will never love Alice as much as iI love Em.
Emma called today but Alice answered. I was kind of scared to call her back. I mean we never actually broke up. I just assumed we did because we stoped talking as mush as we used to. I just hope she hasn't found out about me and Alice. What if she already did? think Alice posted a picture of me and her on Instagram. I logged in and I saw that Alice did post something. I looked throught the likes and there she was. Was she okay with it? Does she have a boyfriend?
I need to call her. I got up from my bed and got my phone. I dailed her number but it went straight to voicemai. Did she ot want to talk to me. I mean she did like the post. hung up and tried calling her house. After three rings someone picked up.
"Hello?" They answeres. It was a guy.
"Hi can I talk to Emma?" I aksed
"Yea who's this?"
"Luke" i said
"Okay. Hold up." I waited for what seemed like hours until he came back.
"Sorry she's busy." He said.
"Oh. Thanks." said and hung up. I don't think she's okay with it. Shit. Who's was that guy. Her boyfriend maybe? It better not be.
Emma's POV
Bordy said Luke called but I told him to tell him I was busy because, really, I was. Brody came over to do some schoolwork together.
"Hey, who's that guy? Luke?" Body asked
"Oh hes just my boyf- exboyfriend."
"Oh im sorry what happened?"
"I do't know actually it just sort of happened."
"Well that's his loss. I would never let someone like you go." He sid as he took my hand. Then he started to lean in. I kn shouldn't do it but It was happening and I did't want to stop it.
