Daniel's P.O.V

I watched Lilith fly away and we began to go over the plan while scarlet equipped kc with the Walkie-Talkie and the humans with weapons. "Okay...Zane,Scarlet, and Daniel..are you all ready?" Aphmau voice was soft as we all nodded and she wrapped me into a hug. "Daniel...please be careful" I pushed her away this isn't about ME. ITS ABOUT ROSE! I saw Zane give kawaii~chan a big hug "don't worry..I'll be right below you" his voice was caring since kc being in heat makes it even harder to let him go head first into danger. I could feel envy prick at my tail as I walked in between the two of them and kawaii~chan go inside the nearest air-duct. We entered the school and my nose was flooded with Febreze "they covered their scent...smart" I muttered under my breath as we waited for kc to tell us the location. I checked my phone its 10:19...the note said 10:23 so kc needs to hurry. My thoughts were interrupted by her voice over the walkie-talkie "werewolf classroom" Zane brought up his "gotcha" he turned it off and we moved swiftly to the classroom. I looked at a near clock and anxiety filled me 10:21...we located the room and the opened the doors to find Rosie on her knees with cuts,bruises,and torn hair, I could feel myself growl. My eyes weren't as shocked as my escorts when she moved the gun from her head "My my! And I almost thought you'd missed my note~" she smiled and walked right to my face and caressed  it. "Hmmm fair enough. You may have her" she howled and Jax came to grab me "wait what!?" Scarlet protested as Ryder and Ein untied Rosie and pushed them to leave "didn't he tell you? The note said if you want her back you are to hand over Daniel to me and you can have her. A fair exchange" She smirked as I hung my head, echoing out all of Rosie's threats and cries "I'm sorry...but it had to be done" I didn't dare look into their eyes as they were pushed away. "You didn't tell them? Daniel! I never took you for that kind of person!" She laughed and held my hand, I slapped it away "are you proud?" I looked up at her with tears " WHAT DID SHE DO TO YOU??" I snapped at her and Jax pushed Me to the ground "watch your tongue Omega" the words stung me like a bullet. "Ah yes...I had almost forgotten. Did you inform her?" She had a sly tone as she brushed away her purple hair. I looked away with guilt and she had the face of amusement " Don't worry~ that slut wouldn't have loved you if she knew" my teeth bared as I scratched her over the eye "DONT YOU EVER SPEAK TO HER THAT WAY! AT LEAST SHE'S BEAUTIFUL, KIND, AND SWEET! SOMETHING YOU WISHED YOU COULD BE!" She fell down and blood dripped from her face "ASHLEY!" Jax was cut off by a door smashing into his face. "What the?" I turned around to find Rosie and the other werewolves (and aph)  "ALPHA! GUYS! What are you doing here?" I stood up and turned my back to Ashely "No time to speak! Kc told us and we have to leave!" Kc dropped from the air vent "hurry! The others are approaching!" We all scrambled out to the main entrance but got cut off by Ryder,Ein, and the shadowknights "werewolf squad! ADVANCE!" Blaze cried out and Dottie, and the others ran to battle with aph and scarlet following for backup. We turned to go out the back "why hello there~ Nya!" Michi blocked our path and we stopped short and stared at the blade she carried "Michi~chan?" Kawaii~chan looked shocked but Lilith ran at her with a fierce tackle and they wrestled around. "GO! THERE'S AN EMERGENCY EXIT THROUGH THE GYM!" Lilith spat and we ran into the gym but stopped short to meet a gun pointed at us "your *huff* not going anywhere!" Blood tricked down Ashely's face and her hair was a mess with her eyes flashed wildly. I took a deep breath and walk forward to her "Ashely...put the gun down..this has nothing to do with kc and Zane" My ears sunk while hers stayed up and alert. "NO! BUT ROSE TOOK EVERYTHING FROM ME! MY FAME,LOVE, AND EMBARRASSED ME WHERE EVERYONE COULD SEE! YOU DON'T KNOW HOW IT FEELS TO BE LEFT OUT AND CASTED ASIDE!" Tears flooded down her face and my voice grew soft "I do." She looked confused "I was bullied the day I came here, people made fun of me for not being tough or wanted to fight. They assumed I was gay because of it and they never let me live it down" her ears sank and I took another step "DANIEL! We took them down and-" the group burst through the doors and stopped short, not wanting to make any sudden moves. "What I'm trying to say is that this isn't going to fix anything. Suffice to say we will never stop feeling pain." She began to lower the and I gave her my warmest smile "I may not stop feeling pain.." She began cocked the gun and raised it "but this will help~" she smiled and everything suddenly slowed.
BANG
I watched helplessly as the bullet took off to Rosie, I shut my eyes I'm so sorry I heard her scream and I opened my eyes to find a pink figure lay motionless on the ground. My eyes grew wide and I grabbed the gun from her and cocked it while she wasn't paying attention and shot a round through her leg. Time set back into place as she yelled and blood pouring along her leg and I removed the other bullets from her gun and threw it out the nearest window. "KAWAII~CHAN!" Zane ran to the meif'wa a side and picked her up "KAWAII~CHAN? NONONONONONO! PLEASE! Don't leave me!" He poured his heart out and held onto her body, his warm tears struck her body and a faint glow began to form. We all sat down next to her but Rosie was frozen in horror "Rose?" I held a hand out to her but she turned away from me began to walk away from me "Rose! Rosie!" I called after and heisted before I said my next word " ROSALINA!" I yelled out her full name and she stopped short "Don't call me that Daniel" she opened the door and ran away. I felt my heart ache but I turned back to a sobbing Zane "I'm so sorry" more tears fell and the glow began more noticeable, they all traveled to the bullet wound and it began to close. We all looked in astonishment as her eyes began to slowly open "W-What happened?" Her voice was shaky and hoarse but in zane's eyes it looked like the most amazing thing he's ever heard. "I already called the police. As much as I ship this shit we gotta bounce" Lilith interrupted and we all made our way out of the school and went back to kawaii~chan's house, all of us except kc of course since she was still weak so Zane carried her. Although we won and Rosie's safe...this moment...felt bittersweet. We had defeated Ashely but with the cost of kawaii~chan's life that Zane somehow brought back. I inhaled the cold air and decided to enjoy the moment the best way I could.
