the tension in the air was more than noticeable. pj had woken up and they were all sitting in the lounge, dan and pj on the sofa while phil was on the floor near the fireplace. thoughts were just racing through phil's mind, so many what ifs and unnecessary maybes were floating around, his head felt as light as a balloon.

on one hand he wanted to be with dan, but he wasn't sure if he could have him. he knew that he wasn't ready for another relationship, another thing to care for, another heartbreak.

he looked over at dan, watching as he talked to pj about some random topic. the way he slightly nodded at everything said, a smile staying on his face the whole time. he felt himself blush as he stared, loving the way dans eyes lit up and he responded with "yeah" or "aw" to almost everything.

phil shook his head, taking his eyes away and looking down at his hands, a nervous habit.

he's such a mess.

"phil you're so quiet," pj said, making phil jump suddenly and look up at him with wide eyes, smiling lightly.

"uh- just not much to say i guess,"

dan stared at him. "what's on your mind?" he asked, not expecting phil's immediate answer.

"you," he replied, making his hand fly and cover his mouth. "i mean, just since you're, you know how-"

"it's okay phil," dan smiled. "don't worry,"

everything in phil's stomach was bubbling up as dan and pj continued their conversation. he blinked repeatedly and shook his hands, trying to stop the nauseous feeling he knew was coming. he could no longer feel the blood rushing to his head, a sharp pain piercing through his temple.

he stood up quickly, the room was spinning. what was happening to him?

dan slowly stood up too, looking at phil with concern, seeming scared to approach him.

"phil? are you alright?"

he shook his head in response, automatically regretting it when the pain worsened.

"i'm fine,"

i haven't updated in over a month i'm so sorry i'm the busiest person recently and i had terrible writers block i promise i'll update more!!!
