I woke up to my phone blaring EXO's Overdose as my alarm. Me being the smart person I am set my alarm sound as a song that I love so I would wake up happy and dancing. I stand up and dance when Unnie comes in as the head drum part comes in and she jumps onto the floor in front of me and we do the simple choreography. We both end up laughing while laying on the floor.I wipe my eyes and close my alarm because I am obviously awake, "Did you come all the way from your room just for that song" I ask, standing up and help her up.
"Would you believe me if I said no?" I shake my head and she walks out.
"I will drive you to school, it is on my way to University" She yells from the kitchen as I get out my uniform that she had picked up for me. It was nice and I was ecstatic to be in it. The skirt went to right above my knees the long socks and nice shoes matching well. The top was a plain white shirt with a dark grey jacket over. The skirt was dark grey as well with about an inch of dark blue fabric on the bottom. The school emblem matching the blue color. I pull my hair into a ponytail, and head to the kitchen grabbing my backpack on the way out. I literally only have a month or two of high school left so I really saw no point in going. Olivia Unnie was in the kitchen eating two toaster waffles, two more on a plate in front of her for me. I smile in greeting and sit down starting to eat then right away.
..........
Unnie dropped me off in front of the school and hurried me out of the car, she was acting like a good mother and I really liked it. I walked to the office first, thankfully I did not get any weird looks or nasty glares. The office lady greeted me nicely and I was able to understand her. I did not talk to her though, I am to afraid I will mispronounce something and make a fool of myself. I entered my classroom before most students. I sat in the back by the window and looked out, smiling at all the students milling around in the yard.
"Hello" someone said from next to me in Korean, I smiled and waved whispering a hello back in Korean also.
She sat in the seat in front of me and looked at me, "Your the transfer student right?" I nod
"You can talk in front of me, I wont judge" she smiles and laughed at my embarrassed expression.
"Aish, Go Lee Bi, leave her alone" a boy said from next to me as he pulled out the chair in the desk next to me and sat down smiling at me just as much as Go Lee Bi is.
"Gong Tae Han nice to meet you" he said in surprisingly good english. I smile at him and shake his outstretched hand.
"Hello" I tell him in Korean, he smiles and the teacher walks in.
Looks like I made some friends, they can help me with my Korean so I guess I can try talking to them, it would be great practice.
~TimeSkip to Lunch break~
As soon as the bell rang I was taken forcefully by Gong Tae Han and Go Lee Bi and dragged to the lunch room. After getting our food they made me sit with them at a random empty table. They sat of either side of me
"My name is Sianna by the way, but you can call me Si" I smile and say in Korean, they nod in approval. I take that as a sign that I did good. All through lunch they told me about the school, all the different clubs and activities. It was their last year too but because I started my last year in America I will finish my education by March while they have to finish the whole year. After lunch we walked to the class together, they sat in their spots and me mine. I smiled as they fought over some random stuff. I managed to explain to them how I was shy to speak Korean but could understand and read it. They said they would lend me their notes so I can get better at writing. I was really thankful they spoke to me first, I would not be able to converse with them.
