Xiumin is absolutely terrible whenever he has nightmares because he rarley ever has any but when he does, they are the worse. This one time he has his boyfriend to be there for him during the long night.

Xiumin suddenly gasped awake with a cold sweat forming on his back and forehead. Cold chills ran up and down his legs and arms as he looked into nothing but pitch blackness. What was bad was that he couldn't make a sound or else he'd wake the whole room, which consisted of the whole band. Slowly, Minseok pulled his knees to his chest and tried not to let his tears overcome him.

All he could remember were all the fans yelling, they were yelling and throwing things at them before leaving. All their fans had left them. Of course the dream wasn't true but the stage felt so real at the time.

Xiumin's fear ran through his mind and he hicculped from his throat, trying to push back the sobs that threatened to escape.

Looking over, Xiumin noticed Chen had practically all the cover to himself. Part of him wanted to wake him for loving but the other told him not to and that he would be annoyed, it was 2 in the morning after all.

His tears finally started to fall against his bare skin, causing even more chills to be sent though his body. Xiumin shook more and made the whole bed move, making it creak in the process as well. Chen shifted, turning his whole body towards his shorter boyfriend.

"Dammit..." xiumin whispered, scolding himself for almost waking the sleeping boy. Bringing a hand up to his mouth, Minseok bit his knuckle tightly to hide any other noise that could escape. He tried to drift his mind to other thoughts, like how every Exo-L would never leave like that, or how much they loved the band. Nothing worked, it all led back to the horrible dream.
Something hit Xiumin deep down and he jumped as the lump in his throat tried to escape, he let out a quick sob and tried so hard to stop himself. Kai, from across the room, shifted a bit but everyone else were deep in their sleep accept for the boy beside him. Chen had heard everything from the moment he shifted, he slowly opened his eyes and turned to look at the oldest member.

"Xiumin hyung?" The sleepy boy questioned. The older one gave out and sucked in a breath harshly before letting out another sob, all the while trying to answer Chen.

"Y-yes?" He stuttered. For a second Xiumin turned his head to the moonlit window and the tears that covered his face were now visible to the vocalist. Chen sat up quickly and scooted over to Xiumin.

"What's wrong babe?" The younger one quickly wiped the tears that fell, Xiumin let him while reaching his hands out to his shirt and giving it a firm grasp.

"They left us C-Chen, the Exo-L have left us." Xiumin cried. The younger one freaked out for a bit, not because of what he said, but because he didn't want to wake the other members either.

"Hey shh now, calm down." Chen held Xiumin's face in his hands as the older one pulled him closer to his shivering self. Chen let him, and buried his tear soaked face into his white tank top. He thought for a bit and realized that his boyfriend must have had one of those terrible dreams.

"You're okay, they never left us." Chen stroked the older's soft locks while holding him closer and shifting his body to lay on his side. Xiumin's crying soon died down from Jongdae's calming voice.

"It was just a dream." Chen said while pulling his face from his chest and looking at the older one, Xiumin looked up with dried tears on his cheeks and red eyes. With a smile, the younger leaned down and kissed his soft lips with a peck and then a few more before hugging him again.

"All a dream." Chen had said finally as the older's body calmed and rested against him. Xiumin looked up and kissed his boyfriend under his jawline.

"Thank you..." He whispered hoarsely. Chen smiled sleepily and rubbed his back lightly.

"It's fine, just get some rest now precious." Chen kissed the top of the short male's head.Xiumin hummed before closing his eyes and letting Jongdae's angelic voice ring through his ears, instantly calming him to sleep. Chen waited until he heard soft snores before he decided to close his eyes and sleep. Once heard, he smiled brightly and feel his stomach churn. He thought of Xiumin as a child and loved it, the fact that he has a precious, sleeping baby in his arms made his smile grow wider. Soon enough, Chen decided to actually go back to sleep before morning came along quickly. Both boys slept, with no other worries for the rest of the night.
