"Bambam, wake up!" He was jarred awake when someone nudged him. He looked up to see who it was.

"Oh Jackson, what time is it?" he asked his roommate.

He had been roommates with Jackson for a couple of years, since he came to Korea. He got a scholarship in one of the universities there, which was his long time wish anyway. He doesn't know why he is so fond of the country. Though he is a scholar, he still needs to fend off for himself. Life has been hard ever since their business in Thailand began to circle the drain after the divorce with their business partner. He wants to make everything easier for his mother, trying not to depend on her, but instead help her with expenses. He took on a lot of part time jobs to earn money, working at a coffee shop, pizza parlor, convenience store, making deliveries, he would do any work to earn money and as long as it is a decent job.

"It's eight in the morning, you left a note on the fridge door last night, I mean to say this morning because I know that you finished your shift at the coffee shop at 2:00 am. You wanted me to wake you up, in case your alarm clock didn't do the job. You've got work at 9:00 am you see. And I want to know what is it this time? Do you even rest? You barely get some sleep from all of your jobs, "Jackson said, worried when he noticed the dark shadows under his eyes.

"Ah Jackson, don't look at me like that, you know I don't need your sympathy. I'm perfectly fine,"  Bambam said when he saw Jackson's expression. Life must have been harsh in many ways but he was thankful Jackson came. For him, he is a breath of fresh air. He may be annoying sometimes, but he is a good friend who always worry and cheer for him. And he is thankful for that, it helps him get through a day.

"I know. If only there's something I can do for you but too bad I also depend on my parents. But seriously, what is it this time?"  he repeat his earlier question.

"You see, I was  making a delivery to a clothes shop and I don't know what they see in me that they asked me to be a model for their shop, today is the photo shoot and the pay is quite good. I can't let this go, you know I always have a thing for fashion. So I'm going to prepare now, I don't want to be unprofessional by becoming late." Bambam explained, he winked after he said his last remark. "You've got classes bro, you should be going." He added before he leaves his bed.

"Okay, I left breakfast at the table if you want any. And don't forget you also have classes at 1:00 pm. I've got to go. You take care. Message me if you need anything."

"Okay mom," he said, teasing the elder. Jackson is older than him by a couple. He looked at him as Jackson smiled at him and waved goodbye.

The photo shoot went quite well and he was asked if he could be a model again if ever they have new releases and he agreed, there's no reason not to he thought. They ended at 12:00 noon, there's still an hour before his classes and it's also time for lunch so he decided to grab a lunch at the university's cafeteria. He took out one of his notebooks from his bag as he sat down and review past lessons while waiting.

"Alone?"

He turned to the direction of the voice and responded, "Yes."

"May I?" the stranger asked, referring to the available seat across him. He nodded agreement. The other took the stool in front of him. A few seconds passed in silence before the stranger broke it.

"I'm Park Jinyoung, by the way," the guy across him introduced. He smiled and stared at him; he is a handsome guy with superb features, fair skin that complements his dark hair, his eyes the wonderful color of the night that seemed to tell stories. Knowing it's unusual for a guy to admire another man, but this one in front of him looked like a prince out of fairy tales. Lost in wonder, the other nudge him gaining his attention.
