"What are you doing?" As soon as Bambam was nearing the ground, a little voice startled him causing him to let go of the rope and fell to the ground, a shot of pain on his bottom. He stood and reached out to his bottom, grimacing because of the pain he felt. He turned around while dusting himself then saw a boy looking at him will full curiosity.

" You scared me! Don't you know it's rude to sneak up on people like that? Who are you and what are you doing here?!" he snapped at the boy.

"I-I am a g-guest here. I-I'm with my m-mom. D-do you l-live h-here?" the boy stuttered, causing Bambam to laugh.

"Why do you talk like that? It is so funny" he said, bursting into another laughter.

"Because you snapped at me. I thought you were mad because I scared you. My mom would never get mad even if I scared her. " The child explained hastily, flustered at Bambam's laugh.

Bambam stared at him and saw a hint of tears edging his eyes, "Hey! I'm sorry. I was just surprised. I didn't mean to make you cry okay? Please don't cry. They will find me out. "

"I don't cry. I'm not a baby!" he boasted.

"If you say so. Now, go back inside. Your mom might be looking for you. I have to go and please don't tell Mama you saw me. I got to go. " Bambam ordered the boy

"Where are you going?", the boy asked even before he could dash out.

"To the playground, to meet my friends. We are going somewhere," he said.

"Do you think I can come along? "  the boy asked. Bambam thinks for a while. He decided to bring the boy along with him so he can give a good reason for his mother if she found out he was gone.  "It's okay if you don't want to" the boy added thinking the other was undecided.

"No! you can come. This way I'll have a reason to tell Mama when we come back. Do you think your mother would not mind?"

"No."

"Then let's go."

They reached the playground, Bambam tried to look around but saw no soul in there.

"This is terrible, I'm late they must have left," Bambam said, the sadness in his tone apparent.

"Why is terrible?" the boy asked.

"Why? Because they will tell everyone I'm a weakling, well I get scared quite easily. But it isn't nice for everyone to know. I don't like showing weakness, it will be my enemies' weapon against me."

"But why would they call you like that? I mean not being able to meet them here isn't a work of courage and you have your reasons." the boy said.

"No, no, that's not it, you don't understand, we're going to meet because we are going to the haunted forest.  And my absence will only mean one thing for them. Now, do you understand?" Bambam said, exasperated.

"Ah, I understand now. "

"My name is Bambam." The boy looked at Bambam with a surprised look, the change in topic cause him that.

"I'm Yugyeom. I'm already six" the boy said proudly. Bambam smiled thinking how can someone be so proud of his age.

" Wow, you're so tall for six Yugyeom. I'm also six. Let's be friends from now on." Bambam announced cheerfully. His transition made Yugyeom smile. He just doesn't understand him. One moment he was exasperated then cheerful the next.

" No Bambam, I'm not tall, you're just short and yes, let's be friends," Yugyeom said laughing. Bambam's confused whether he should be happy because he has a new friend now or insulted because his new friend called him short. He laughed anyway.

"Know what?" Yugyeom asked

"No what?"

"Let's just play and have fun."

"Yeah, you're right, let's play" Bambam answered, then started running around causing Yugyeom to run after him.

The day for Bambam wasn't terrible after all. For him, it was "something good"
