[four years later...]

Jungkook's:

The sound of my alarm was deafening.

I grunted as I refuse to get up but today is a special day. It's more than special, to be honest. Today is the day I will see her walk down the aisle while her favorite song plays on background.

I couldn't really describe how I feel, I'm happy for the present yet sad for the future. Our love was not perfected by the constellations formed in the sky but rather, like a sword, it was refined by time.

I do believe in fate, if you cared to ask. After stepping in the shower, I couldn't help but look back at all the unfortunate events that happened almost four years ago. I'm thankful for the days we spent fighting, trying to kick each other out, blaming our differences because if it weren't for those moments, I wouldn't realize how much I miss her, how much I need her.

Time — that's all she needed to heal. Like a gardener, I waited and stayed to watch her bloom, to watch her grow into a beautiful flower admired by everyone.

Hyeri's:

My wedding gown looks so good on me.

I stared at my own reflection on the mirror as a caress the white silk flowing smoothly all the way to the ground. While I imagine how perfect this day could be, the necklace that Jungkook gave me crossed my mind.

"You..." I pinched the pendant and closed my eyes, reliving all those times we spent together. They were my favorite although they were painful. He was the boy who saved me, the boy who waited.

The morning went by fast and I'm finally walking towards the man I chose to marry. The wedding bells resonated on every corner of the church, my favorite song played while every one fixed their eyes on me. Every step I took, there was a vision of Jungkook smiling at me, telling me I'm going to be fine. And then there he is, standing and waiting beside the man I love.

"Hyeri" he spoke with tears on his eyes. His smile got me weak on my knees, I wrapped my arms around him and whispered a soft, I love you before letting go and facing my groom.

"Thank you, Jungkook" Jimin shaked his hand and patted his shoulders. He took my hand then we proceeded to walk to the altar. I could still hear him sobbing, so I looked back one last time before I become a married woman with Jimin as my loyal husband.

Jungkook's:

The only comfort that came for me was my red wine.

I was sitting on the table closest to the newly wed's table. Her beautiful smile never faded, it just grew prettier over time. Her skin complemented with the color of her gown, she's a breathtaking bride. I tried to force a smile while she flaunted her wedding ring to her girl friends. Looking back at the half-empty goblet on my hand, my attention was caught by the handsome groom.
