the day that changed everything

That day everything changed. I was now a only child. Forever. It was a beautiful August day I just got home from school and was on my way to me and my brothers shared room. When I walked in to my  brother holding a knife to his throat. "Jeremy what are you doing??" I asked with fear. " they said they were going to hurt you unless I died and im not gonna let any one else hurt you. " he said with tears in his eyes. " who said they were gonna hurt me. We can call the police there has to be another way. " I say almost crying. "No there's not." He said putting the knife  with the tip directly against his throat. " Jermey  what are you doing ? " I asked stepping toward him. " the only thing  can do" he said with tears streaming down his face. "Jermey NO!" I screamed. " I love you Cortana remember I did this for you" then he took the knife and stabbed it in to his throat. "JERMEY NO NO NO DON'T LEAVE ME JERMEY!!! MOM CALL 911 JERMEY STABBED HIM SELF!!!" I  scream as I rush over to his life less body. Blood was pouring out of his throat on to the floor. Everything starts spinning and getting blurry. I struggle to breath  I hear sirens  and mom screaming dad was still at work. I pass out on top of his body. I wake up in the hospital waiting room. Mom must of brought me hear. I look over and see mom and cuddling in tears I join the cuddle. We are all crying and eventually we fall asleep. I wake up to a doctor calling are named "the Mancos" she ask. "Yes mam " I say jumping up she looks at me and shakes her head. "He's got 30mins to live he's in room 202" she says almost crying. "O-o-....ok  thanks" I say tearing up. I wake up mom and dad "mom dad " I saying gentley shaking them awake. "What do you want ?"mom and dad asked simotainusally "it's Jermey" I say. They immediately perked up "how is he?" Mom asked. I looked at her as a single tear ran down my face. " they said. ... He has 30 mins t-t-to live" I say crying. "What room. Is he in" Mom asked as tears ran down her face.
