Calum,

So, this is supposed to be the fourth piece of advice I give you. I hope you've been making an effort to achieving these small goals I'm giving you, but knowing you, it will probably take a little bit of time for you to wrap your head around all of this. I have to make this note short because I just heard you open your door and I'm in the kitchen, so here's my advice:

don't shut anyone out.

I'm sure you know what I mean. Especially don't shut your friends and family out. It might be hard to meet new people and become friends with them, but that's okay. It's always like that.
