You never wanted him to do it. Enter the wizard ing tournament. And yet, he still put his name into the goblet of fire.
He assured you that he would be fine, and you tried to be happy that he entered. But when you heard his name called, and he ended up being one of the champions, your heart broke.
The two of you had been together since you were both seven years old. Over time, you two developed feelings for each other and by fourth year in Hogwarts, you were a inseparable couple.
Now the Wizarding Tournament came along, slowly pulling you two apart and ruining your relationship.
He began to ignore you in the hallways, avoid you in classrooms, had made little eye contact throughout the period of time the Tournament went on for.
Cedric had made it through the first two challenges, and asked Cho Chang to the Yule Ball. You were obviously angry, and you wanted to confront him, but instead you let it go.
The day of the final challenge came and you searched for Cedric to wish him luck.
Of course, he was surrounded by girls who were flirting with him.
Walking off, you found a seat beside of Hermione.
She asked why you looked like you were going to kill someone ( because you did look like you wanted to murder someone)
But you just ignored her.
Harry and Cedric were the first to enter the maze, then Fleur and Viktor.
Eventually, Fleur had to leave the maze, then Viktor.
The whole time you were hoping Cedric would make it out alive. That he would win the tournament. This whole thing would be over and you two could make up.
He would explain why he ignored you, and you would admit that you were wrong for saying it was a bad idea for entering the tournament.
The only problem was, Cedric had disappeared. One second he was there with Harry, touching the Wizarding cup, the next they were both gone.
Confusion swept over everyone.
After what seemed an eternity, they returned. You ran out of the stands and towards Harry and Cedric.
Others followed.
You looked at Cedric's body, just laying there, staring at the sky, not blinking, or moving.
You realized he was dead.
Falling beside his body, you sobbed. Your heart shattered into pieces as they carried his body away, leaving you alone.
All you felt was anger and regret.
All you did was hate Cedric, and frown on his decisions
Now he was gone forever.
