I was so surprised I didn't have the words. He was so close, which alone made my head spiral, then he said he loved me?! I couldn't process it, it was so strange. How could so many awesome things happen in a single day? I couldn't breathe, let alone speak! I tried to talk, but I couldn't get anything out. My face turned color again, to that of a strawberry and I finally got a word out. "What..?" He continued to stare at me, and said it again "I love you. I mean, I think I do. Or I'm just having very specific, small, non-fatal heart attacks, whenever you're in a room with me. The first one is much more likely, as i'm sure you can see." My heart races again,and I look at him in awe.
"Wow... I, um... I love you too. I... I dont know what else to say... Ryuzaki, I didn't thin you'd ever lik-"
"Love"
"Oh, um... Right... I never thought you'd love me back... You're so, Out of my league? Like, you're the worlds greatest detective, and i'm just some bitter girl who showed up out of nowhere... I don't get it..." My breathing is ragged, and all I can do is stare and wait for a response from him.
"Y/n... You're the one who's out of my league. I don't even know how to interact with people correctly, I'm so far away from the rest of you, and I never thought you'd fall for someone like me either. When I realized you showed signs of liking me, It was so strange... Just... Let's lay here for a while longer. I want to process all this, and I think you need time as well. Also, being here with you is incredibly comfortable." I was surprised, but decided to stay cuddled with him anyways, even going s far as to lay my head on his chest, and wrap my arms around his torso.
"Thank you Ryuzaki..."

Hey guys! I am SOOOO SORRY!!!! I know this is short too, but i'm adding another update tomorrow, at about this time too, but I have to wake up in the morning, so i've gotta leave it off here for now!
